I bought these shorts for my Mom. She loves Flamingos. I bought her the crossbody bag and thought they would be cute together. These shorts run BIG! My Mom is short and small, and, based upon the measurements guide, I chose the Large. Big mistake. I should have gone with the Medium. I went to order a medium and they were sold out. I returned them with no hassle.

Poor fit. I used the size chart but it is way too big.

It's such a pretty design but the cut and fit is just weird.

Runs large, very disappointing.

Not worth the money I paid and these were expensive. I bought the robe and pajamas and both had so many sewing issues. Thread tails, crooked sewing lines and an open seam in one hem that I had to repair. I would have returned everything but I didn't notice any issues until I washed them.

Was not the size quoted in order. Disappointed!!

Lovely bag. Love all the pockets inside. However, the product description stated 15x14.5. The bag(s) I ordered and received were 15 x 18. Placed 2 orders of 2 bags each. All larger than described. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Especially since they were on sale.

I have owned at least 5 of these bags. They keep getting worse as far as quality. Fabric is so thin, not quality like they used to be. Very disappointing, as I loved the bag so much, I like giving it as a gift. But no more, terrible quality for sure. Fabric extremely thin also. Price keeps going up, but quality goes down. Very sad.

I normally love everything I buy from Verathis purchase however was such a disappointment. It just simple was not the usual quality tote. I really do not like the material. It is I guess more a shoe bag than anything else. Just not up to Vera standards.

Sorry, but I was very disappointed in this purchase and the quality of the material. It's nothing but a beach bag soil's easily not much structure.

The description said "small". It is too large and could fit my laptop in the purse. Too big!!

Returned. Highly disappointed in the quality of this item. Flimsy. More disappointed in the return policy. Will never order online again.

Love this style, love hearts, but the color is definitely not red. More of like a salmon colored. Did not like it at all and sent it back. Paid for part of it with a gift card ($20) and instead of refunding to my credit card the balance they refunded the entire amount on a gift card that I have to HOPE I'll be able to use when I order again.

Not impressed at all size is not appropriate

I question if the tote I purchased is a legit Vera Bradley tote. There's no signature in the fabric, none on the zipper pulls. I think I was duped.

I did not care gor the pattern on the tote. On the pictures it looked more burgundy but it was more brown and I didn't care for the blue in that particular design

I used to purchase these bags around 2006-2009 faithfully. Now the material is not good and the customer service is a mess. Delivery is the worst. Not wrapped, stuffed in an old box with one piece of tape. Then they lie about your refund. Time to let bank handle it when they say they forgot to send the refund but email a week prior and say it's on the way.

Absolutely love the bag and was so excited to use it! The penguins are felt, which will be hard to keep clean and white. Had to return despite loving the bag.

I am replacing a beautiful 15yr old Vera bradley backpack and tried to order online. I measured length, width and depth but purchased new bag wasn't even close to described bag. Very disappointed, very frustrated

I bought this bag and had it less than three months. I bought it in the color navy. It picked up so much lint and the color faded badly in spots so I would not wear it. I sent it back and they said normal wear and tear. I have had other Vera bags like the microfiber that I have had for years and looks newer. For some buying a Vera bag is an investment and you expect to be able to use it for more than two months otherwise I would buy a 20.00 bag. I like their styles and the light weight. Their return policy makes you feel like its all about the dollar. I have owned several Vera bags but I don't want to spend my hard earned money I something they won't back up.

There is an unsewn hem inside one the interior pockets. I can not use this pocket without items falling between the purse and the lining.

The Scottie image looks unfinished and creepy as my child said. The case itself is nice made and functional. I have snoopy one and love.
