I do like the shorts I received but found a hole near the waist seam where it was supposed to be sewn but it wasn't sewn properly. They totally missed it and should have done good quality control. Now I have to buy thread and sew it myself! I am not happy with that as I wanted a quality product I don't have to fix I don't want to pay for shipping either as that gets expensive these days. A store is not close to me to make an easy exchange.

runs small and short

I want to love this robe so bad, only giving 2 stars because the length shrunk after I washed it. I'm 5' 9", when I received the robe, it was a good length, right above the knee, washed it (on cold), pulled out of the machine and could instantly see it shrunk, now it just covers my rump. Fits everywhere else fine, just the length shrunk, very disappointed. Feels soft, just wish it was longer.

I love the fit and color of this robe. Unfortunately when washed the robe puckers due to the thread used, Appears that the thread shrunk causing the puckering.

I was looking for a lightweight robe with pockets and I thought this robe would be perfect. It's not. It has a weird h line and flares out at the bottom. Because of this it's odd shaped and bulky. I will be keeping it because the company charges for return shipping. I will not be ordering from this company again.

I thought I had found the perfect robe. Until I received it. I ordered a S/M and it was huge. It didn't close properly in the front, almost like it was sewn incorrectly, and lastly, the color wasn't as vibrant as the picture looked online. On the positive side, the material was very soft and would have been comfortable.Unfortunately, I had to return it.

I was in love with this robe until it arrived. In the photos the color looked very vibrant. When the item arrived I was immediately disappointed. The colors seemed faded n comparison to what was shown online and not nearly as beautiful as shown. The pockets are a nice addition, but the sizing is frustrating. I'm a solid size 12, 5'7" and 185 lbs. I ordered the L/XL as it aligned with my measurements. It was too large and felt sloppy. Not sure why the combined sizing is a thing. The arms were an awkward length. Not short, not 3/4, not long. I have other VB robes (plush) that I love. They tend to run small. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this one. The shipping for this one item was $10. Cost to return was pricey too, as there is not a store in my local area. This is probably my last order.

Disappointed-I love the older version of this backpack. A little bigger, longer shoulder straps, more flexible fabrics, and the outside pockets were better along with inside slip in holders. Went back to the old one. if you have a good design-why do you always need to change things?

Mine unfortunately has strings coming out of it and the straps seem off level like they aren't the same length

I was looking for a bag with some structure, thst would stand up in its own and be easy to load up. Vera Bradley bags used to be very sturdy, including the lining and internal pockets, which were constructed of the same quilted material as the outside. This bag's lining and pockets.is a thin, flimsy material that collapses and does not support what's in the pockets ie. Water bottles or running shoes. So sadly I returned it, very disappointing, I absolutely loved the old Vera bags!

I agree with "Not your same old Vera Tote." I have been carrying this style bag since the 1980s (when it was called The Villager) and love it. I thought that I had made a mistake when I placed my last 2 orders of the Vera Tote because what I rec'd were very oversized bags...not what I've always carried. I kept the first "mistake" and store some craft supplies in it. I was not happy when I recently rec'd the plaid Vera Tote which, again, was too big for every day use and I had to go through the trouble of returning it and was charged a shipping fee. I really want "my" good old Vera Tote back. Sad that so many changes were made to it (size, thickness of fabric, sturdy pockets). ..WHY? After 40+ years of being a loyal Vera Bradley customer I have to look elsewhere. Hope that the Villager/ Vera Tote (not small, not large) comes back.

Received the bag as a Christmas gift. After using it for less than a week threads came apart and tiny white fibers surfaced from the quilting. The bag was used less than a handful of times. The white fibers are very noticeable as the purse is black. After chatting on line with a rep I find I must take several pictures of the bag and email back before any steps will be taken to correct their merchandise

Bought this to match with my large duffel for weekend travel getaways. It is perfect to hold my cosmetics, hair dryer, and IPad. Really like this black and white print.

Love the plaid so perfect for December. So easy to find when I open the purse but bestcyet is opening along top seam which makes it the perfect spot for my phone and so easy to get.

The backpack is very cute but I think it's more for kids & teenagers than adults. The width of it is too small and the back pocket has no zipper . Wish it has zipper so I can put thinks in it. Even the side pockets don't fit 16.9 ounce water bottle. I gave it to my daughter since I can't use it.

I'm very disappointed not the bag with customer service. I purchased this bag realized it's too big so I returned it. I've contacted the customer service they verified they received it, but he told me to wait another week. It has been over 2 weeks & still they have NOT refunded me! I ended up contacting my credit company to dispute the charge. If they treat customers like this I will NOT purchase from Vera Bradley ever again I do not recommend it!

Too big for me

Way to large for my liking. Also the pattern is so scrambled you really can't tell they are snow globes unless you look closely.

Didn't seem like the quality of the material was as good as usual. Felt worn and not stiff enough. Of course I love the softness of theVera bags but this one was different seemed made cheap. The matching wallet did as well. Very disappointed
