Had to contact your "live chat" multiple times about a lost order. And just to find out after waiting a month that the shoes got lost in shipping and replacement was out of stock. And sadly all they could offer was 20% off another order. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! And should be able to pick up a phone and call a live person instead of chatting with someone from another country!
