Too white...they will get dirty easy...

I bought three different styles of hey dudes in my order and they were all size 13. The other to fit great and this pair I couldnt even get on my feet. Not sure what happened but they were not what I bought but labeled that way

size 13 fits like an 11, can't wear them. I have many pairs of dudes but either someone screwed up in manufacturing or they've changed their process.

Did not look like the color online at all. Great shoe company. Would love to exchange for a different color. Looks very pink in person so beware!!

The size was perfect however the soles started falling apart within a week of wearing them. I bought these for my son because he outgrew his previous pair (different style) and we are so disappointed in the quality of these ones.

Way to small and i ordered my correct size. I wore them once never wore them again and i love hey dude shoes.

the color was nothing like the "sand" I thought it would be.. turned our to have a reddish cast to it. I was looking for something to wear with khaki colored pants or short. but, they were very accomodating. I returned them and exchanged them for a dark brown color. works very well. shoes are off the chart comfortable.

Size is too small from measurement guidance

The Wally Sub Canvas are comfortable but ripped after three months of use and only under warranty for 60 days. Definitely not worth the money. I contacted Hey Dude and was they did nothing, not one thing to make this right. I will NEVER purchase another pair of Hey Dudes.

My pair all the threads are pulling out on the shoesthey look terrible and I hav to cut them off with sizers.

The look great and I loved them at first. But just wearing them for a couple of hours made my feet hurt in ways I've never experienced before, in my 52 years on earth. I've worn them out several times for vering lengths of time. Each time the same result. There isn't any arch support. Makes them impossible to enjoy wearing. Shocked something so lite could hurt my feet so much. Really regret buying 4 pairs without owning one first to try out. Wast of money!!!

2nd time i ordered shoes my order lost 2 times. Terrible customer service took over a month to resolve

I ordered a ladies size 8 and received a men's size 8

First of all, you all sent me completely WRONG SHOES. I was sent a women's, different color, different size, different style. And then when I called to ask for an exchange to be expedited, I was told they could not expedite an exchange or give me any coupon or free shipping to re-order them. So I returned these wrong shoes and was still charged the original shipping cost. So you guys took $5 from me even though YOU ALL made the mistake. Terrible customer service! And extremely uncomfortable shoes BTW.

Shipping partner did not deliver my shipment and has not responded to my inquiry.
