The shoe is exceptionally comfortable. The issue I had and why I returned them is that the shoe is too wide so when you try to tighten the shoe, the leather starts bunching up.

The shoes looked great! The contrast color of white & camel is very elegant. I love the platform. I'm returning it because the size I got which is the size I normally order in other shoe stores was too big. The process of trying to exchange themimpossible. So I'm just returning, sadly. I ordered from the Cole Haan Canada website hoping that an exchange would go smooth if I needed to do it since from where I live I can't physically try on these shoes. Didn't realized that the product would ship from US and therefore my order is now considered an International order which means I can't exchange. So Canadian customers living in the Prairies beware.

Great style wide heel. I thought I could deal with the wider heel- it didn't slip off so much initially. By the end of the day the shoes were flopping off my feet. I'm super disappointed as the style and color are fantastic.

As someone who loves CH, I want to love this shoe BUT I have to agree with the other reviewers that the design on the back of the shoe is flawed. No matter how tight I tie the laces, the shoe keeps slipping off. CH Team - could you please look into why a few of your designs do this? Are the shoe intended for those who prefer a wide fit? I am an avid CH shopper but this happens with quite a few of your designs.

Was ready to buy these when I saw them in the store but it's almost as if the shoes were made with a production flaw - the heel is so wide you walk right out of them. I even tried sizing down. I own a dozen Cole Haan shoes, many of them oxfords and sneakers and this is a first. Disappointing.

Just don't do it. I wear a size 8, I have a normal foot size (even went so far as to measure my footchose to ignore all the reviews warning of how the heel slips. The shoes are great looking BUT they slip. It's not a flip flop yall, if it fits true to size then it should not slip. You will save yourself time, energy, and money not being disappointed.

Most comfortable casual shoe I've ever owned. Wore them for 4 days at a conference with pants and dresses and tons of walking.

These shoes are FIRE! I received so many compliments when I wore them. The only problem I had was a little rubbing on the back of my heel.

Love these shoes! I bought them in 3 colors. These oxfords are the perfect shoe for elevating the white t-shirt and jeans look. They also look great with cropped dress pants and a blazer. I walked for hours and hours in them and felt like I was wearing gym shoes. The support is amazing. I am between the sizes of 5.5 and 6. I ordered online and got the 6. My heel slipped when I walked. My daughter was happy to take this pair. I reordered the 5.5 and it's the perfect fit, especially in the heel. I highly recommend this shoe.
