I wanted to love this, multiple pockets and good size. Unfortunately this is the fourth day of my vacation and consistently have problems with the larger zipper. Had to stop using it. I have bought many of your items and have never had a problem. Just a fluke I guess!

I bought this bag because it can be used as a waist bag - it has loops for a belt. My original review was good - before I tried it with a belt. But I just decided to use it as a waist bag with a belt and it doesn't work. When the bag is full, because the loops are not at the top, the bag flips forward. I tried shortening the crossbody strap all the way, and hooking it onto the loops at the top but the strap is too long for my waist. I am really disappointed. I have many baggallini bags but this one is not a favorite. I bought this for a vacation. I'll leave home without it!

I might keep for when I go to places I don't need much other than my phone and I'd maybe a cc, and a lipstick. Fabric is nice much different than on the picture

After reading these comments I will hold off purchasing a new bag. I will gladly pay more to have the old design returned - double zipper on main compartment, and the straps on opposites of the bag so the compartments don't hang wide open if one forgets to re zip immediately. These features make the bag very convenient and functional. I'll keep using my old bag......Is there any chance of returning to the earlier design which was PERFECT? I'd love to have an answer from someone with in Baggalini.

This crossbody was much smaller than I expected. I have other Baggallini crossbodies that I like a lot but this one was more like a large wallet. I did like the color, blue, but it went back the day I received it. Very disappointed.

Been a loyal Baggalini user/recommender for at least 20 years---when it was Barry Holding Co. Own multiple baggs that support my active, casual lifestyle. They're tough, awesomely functional, & travel! For the 1st time, I've tried to like it, but find the latest iteration of the "Triple Zip Bagg" is a serious disappointment :-( It's missing the smaller compartment for coins, no place to quickly stick my cellphone, & some genius decided to attach the strap to just one side of the Bagg rendering it off-balance, especially when accessing the exterior pockets--stuff falls out. Not safe to take traveling! tBaggalini--can I please trade this one in for one in the older style? Hoping you have some in a warehouse somewhere??

Too Small. Dimensions are wrong. I bought this bag to replace my old, well-worn baggallini "Wallet Bag". I based my decision to buy on the dimensions given by Zappos. Zappos says it it 8" x 7" x 2"...these dimensions were not far off from the Wallet Bag, and with better pocket configuration, so I decided to order. Unfortunately, this bag is actually 7" wide, 5" high, and 2" deep. That means it is impossible to fit inside all the things I carry in the old wallet bag. Disappointed that Zappos' description was inaccurate. This bag is going back.

Go back to the original design with one strap hook in the back and one in the front. Both in the back makes it fall forward. Go back to the large double zipper in the large compartment. Make it 9" wide instead of 8" In the mean time, I am keeping my original tripe zip bagg. The new design is NOT an improvement!

I never got a tracking email for my order # 01565734. Has my Triple Zip Bagg not been shipped? Please advise when I may expect it. I'm rating with just one star because I have no product to rate properly.

I purchased one of these 2 years and used it a lot until one of the zippers detached. I loved it so much, I bought a replacement but found that it has been re-designed and really falls short of the original. The credit card slots are now on the side that is against your body so it's impossible to see them without taking the bag off and turning it around. Also very hard to see which card you want. It is missing a slot between the two largest compartments that was very handy to stick something in. The zippers are lumpy and plastic instead of metal. Overall, very poor design. I've stopped using it because it puts me in a bad mood; why should I have to be frustrated by the inconvenience of a bag?? I will not be buying another baggallini unless the original makes a comeback.

Overpriced, but looks cheap. Does not keep shape, keeps folding

This was my favorite bag. The phone was so easy to get out of the access pocket in the center of the purse. While you still advertise an easy access packet, there is none. The only way you can put a phone in that bag is by unzipping one of the sections. Very disappointed.

I used to love this bag. I had several before Bagolini changed the design. There is no easy access phone pocket. It says so in the description, but you won't see a picture of it and you won't find it when you get your bag.

I tried one of these redesigned Triple Zipp bags. The strap ends used to be mounted on on the front and one on the back. This meant you could open the bag while wearing and it wouldn't flop open. With the straps both on the back, the bag falls open when you open one of the compartments. I had to return the new design one as unusable. I hope Baggallini returns to the original design of this bag.

I am so happy with this purse. Holds slot and is very comfortable to carry!

...You bring back the older version. I was hoping to purchase another Triple Zip, maybe even two, because I loved the one I bought three years ago. It is the perfect bag. But the strap on one side only is a dealbreaker. I like the feeling of it being balanced and secure when I wear it as a crossbody bag. This defeats the purpose and just isn't an improvement.

I can only amplify what everyone else has said in the One-Star rating. What are they thinking by putting both strap links on the back of this bag??? The bag falls open continuously, and yes--stuff falls out! It's Nuts! The design was perfect when one link was on the front & one on the back. Baggalini, PLEASE RETURN TO THE ORIGINAL DESIGN!!!

I bought this for my wife for our up coming trip, she was really looking forward to this purse. However we never got it.

I had the old model for probably 6 years and loved it. My husband gave me a new one for Christmas and I am sending it back. It is cheaply made with the new changes. The credit card holders barely fits a card into the slot, both hooks for the strap are on the same side, which cause items to fall out and worst of all is the middle compartment only has one zipper and does not open as large as the old model. I am very disappointed to see the quality of this Baggallini purse. I will be looking elsewhere for a new purse.

the design of this bag is stupid. the clips should be on opposite sides of bag (one in front and one in back to keep bag balanced, it used to be this way) total waste of money will end up in garbage

The bag was smaller than I thought it would be. Too small for me.

Please read all the reviews that love your old design. PLEASE BRING IT BACK. I am looking at another Company just because I love the old design so much and won't get the new
