I bought this bag to hold a few things when I grocery shop or go to my grandkids ballgames so I wouldn't have to carry a larger purse. It serves that purpose ok. I wish it was just a little bigger. It seemed a little larger in the photo, but they give the dimensions so I guess I should've paid more attention. I've purchased several baggalini bags and have always really liked them, but this one has a very uncomfortable, scratchy strap that I really don't like at at. I find it very annoying.

This was the second bad I bought but the features I liked on the first bag were changed and not for the better.

It has a great design but just a little to small sent it back, Wish it was a little bigger but something like this organized goes from small to large

I have been a Baggallini fan for many years so I am disappointed that the style of bag that I have used for years is no longer available. I purchased a bag that looked the most like my old bag, and while it has many of the same great features, the overall size is quite a bit smaller, making it hard to fit all my cards, my coins, my glasses, keys and other odds and ends in the bag easily. I do like the outer pocket for my cell phone which fits perfectly. Please bring back the similar bag that is slightly larger!

I ordered this because I really liked how the logo looked. However, what I received is not what was pictured. It was disappointing. I already have other triple zipps, but not with the logo pictured, which is why I ordered it. I'm giving it a 3 stars - while they really are good quality and they last a long time, I did not like the false advertising.

This would be a satisfactory bag if the credit card slots were wide enough to insert credit cards. As it is, they are useless! The strap is also unsatisfactory. Adjusting from only one side leaves a doubled up strap on one side and a single one on the other. The older way of being able to adjust on both sides was better looking and far less awkward. The quality of the strap is more like ribbon than the same fabric as the bag. All in all, the bag is a disappointment. I expected it be of the same quality of other baggalini I have owned

I like the purse but wanted one like my old one, but not available. The only thing I don't like it the strap when crossed across the chest. I actually sewed the strap so it sits apart instead of all bunched up

The strap at its shortest position, measuring from end of clip ring to end of clip ring, is 32 inches. So it's good only for people who wear a size Large or bigger. I'm going to have to take it to a shoe repair place to have it shortened. And the bag itself is a lot smaller than the (great) Baggalini style it replaces, and it's a struggle to get things like glasses and pens and a phone in and out of it. If it were even an inch wider from side to side it would be much more functional.

Too small for what I needed. Would do well as a fanny pack.

Its smaller and lesser quality than expected

This is my purse organizer & wallet combined. It allows me to switch between purses or carry as is. I do wish that Baggallini would not change a design and if they do - why don't they listen to the negative comments and change back to what worked. The original design was 5 stars. This current design is 3 stars. Maybe the company would be popular like it used to be if it went back to what the customers originally fell in love with.

I have several of the Triple Zip Baggs from past years and love them. Alas, I bought a new one this summer and am disappointed that the design has changed. The bag now has the strap attached only to one side. The old design had the strap attach to the front and back sides. This was ideal, for balance, for safety, for overall functionality. The new bag no longer has a double zipper on the largest compartment. This, too, was an ideal feature for travel and security of belongings. Why were these design features changed? I still love the size, colors available, material of the bag but the old design was much more functional.

I purchased a charcoal one for winter use now and am a little disappointed by the design changes. The very front pocket is now zipped shut and no longer the perfect size for my iPhone 5s. The loops for the shoulder strap to hook onto the bagg are now both in the back, rather than one on the front side. It seems like it will be less stable and more likely to tip forward. I'll keep it and see how it does, but on first glance I like the older version better.

Like all Baggallinis, the bag is very well organized. However, it's very small. The charcoal version that I ordered has a small zipper section on the front, not the open pocket as illustrated. The bag holds everything I normally carry, but so snugly that I can't add anything else, and it's not always easy to access a given item. For this reason, I'll be exchanging it for something just a bit larger.

I have purchased Baggalini's before and love their crossbody ease and comfort. This one however, was just a bit smaller than I had anticipated. It had a wonderful outside zip section for my mobile phone. Unfortunately, my Android S7 doesn't fit easily into it so....back it goes. Customer service made this return quite easy. And I found another Baggalini to replace it. Exchange service was awesome.

I have mixed feelings about this bag. After reading through all the positive reviews I decided to give it a try in hopes of using it on a trip. After receiving it, I have to disagree with those who say they are shocked at how much it holds for such a small bag. For me, that isn't the case. Yes, it's a cute bag and the bright blue is a lovely color. But, after putting my things inside I found it doesn't really hold as much as the small bag, from a different company, I'd used previously. The snap pocket on the front is far too small to hold anything. Not sure why it's even there unless it's for appearances. The first zipper compartment can hold my phone, but nothing else. Second and third zipper sections hold a bit more, but why no place in the largest section to put bills or change?? There are credit card slots, but unless you want to just toss your money in loose, you have to carry a wallet. Good luck getting that plus anything else to fit! I thought the two elastic loops in the largest section would be good for holding pens, but quickly found out they are too big for that. Pens slide right out. Apparently you're supposed to use them for lipstick? I debated on returning this bag but decided to keep it. Might be okay to use once in a while, but I'll return to my old bag for trips. At least it can hold all the things I need, and this one CAN'T.

The fabric seems cheap and the color was not what I expected. I was disappointed with how much I paid for this tacky purse.

The Baggallini site never gives the measurements of the bags, so it is difficult to judge the actual size. This one was disappointingly small, and so much hardware on a small bag makes it look rather tacky.

I purchased this bag through your website. I'm a huge Baggallini fan having purchased several in the past from local stores. However, this triple zip is way too small. No where in the description did I see any dimensions. I love my previous purchases but this bag is a huge disappointment. Do you offer a triple zipper bag in a larger size?

This new iteration is missing the center magnetic pocket that was perfect for my cell phone. It's also slightly smaller and easily falls open dumping the contents of an open compartment. It there any way to get the old design back????

I bought the silver bag for travel and after 7 months all the silver has worn off . It looks terrible!
