I had a similar Baggallini that I absolutely loved, but it fell apart and I received this one as a Christmas gift. I'm not too happy with this purse. It is very stiff and hard to open for easy access. It has wire in the top part by the zipper which makes it not open wide, like the old version. My iPhone doesn't even fit in either outside pocket on the back of the purse. There's only one zipper to open the main compartment and the old version had 2 zippers that could meet up. I can barely fit my hand in any of the pockets because it is so stiff. When I go to close the flap it doesn't align with the snap closure very well and I have to pull it down tightly to close. The shoulder strap is slippery and it cuts into my neck. It's just not a very functional purse. I need quick access to my purse and I'm struggling to get items in and out of this purse. It doesn't hold very much and is really a very small purse. I can barely fit much in this purse. I would not recommend this purse. Please bring back the old version that opened all the way up and had no stiff wires.

I bought this bag just over a year ago. In the last couple months, the strap stitching has progressively been coming undone, until the strap is about to fall off. Finally getting a break in my work schedule, I looked up the warranty, and saw that Baggallini has a 1 year warranty that the merchandise will be "free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase by the original purchaser." So, I was 10 days after 1 year, date of purchase.
I documented with photos how the stitching has come out.
Their reply: "Unfortunately, your bag is no longer covered under our one year warranty. We do not send replacements after this time, nor do we do in house repairs. We suggest you take the bag to a local cobbler, or saddle repair shop to repair the stitching."
10 days after the year. Ok, my bad, but really? You are not going to stand by such a clearly unravelling product to make things right! Take a clue from places like Patagonia that have a lifetime materials warrant. Your customer support is POOR.

This bag has very narrow straps and the measurement was not included in the description. Unfortunately it is going back.

I originally bought this bag to replace the one I tore & repaired, but I chose a bag that was too small. Instead of returning this new one, it will now be my evening bag/backup to the original. Had the original one been available, I would have bought it again in a heartbeat.
The straps on this bag are too close together for it to be categorized as a crossbody bag unless you're a very small person or a child.
