The previous design of this bag had a handy opening on the back side of the bag that was open on the top, so you could easily drop in your cell phone. This new bag has a zippered pocket that is open on the side, which is much less convenient. I definitely prefer the older design. This new bag is a bit larger, which is more convenient. Cheers,

I have used this purse for years, time after time. Usually I've been in a store and I can see what color the lining is. This time I ordered a charcoal purse online and when I opened it I saw a bright, garish purple lining! I hate purple!! But this wasn't just purpleit was a cross between magenta and purple! I sent B it back. Decided I didn't want to look at it everyday. I won't order it again online. How can they not tell you what color the lining is?

This is yet another lovely, well-made Baggallini product, but if you prefer to wear it on your right hip with the strap crossed over to the left shoulder the strap is all goofy and turned around. It is most definitely intended to be worn on the left hip. If it had swivel hardware on one side of the strap it would be a huge improvement, and it would not be getting returned. That being said, the vertical zipper on back is odd and the card slots being on the same side as the wearer's body (vs. facing the wearer on the front wall of the purse) would have gotten really annoying quickly. I probably could have tolerated these oddities if the purse sat on my right hip without the strap being wonky.

I had an older version of this bag for several years. Was so glad to find the style again. Unfortunately, it's smaller than my original one, and the wristlet no longer has a window where I kept my emergency contacts visible in the event I was in an accident. Not sure, but I think it's about an inch narrower across and I feel the expansion is also less. However, I'm working with it because the original met my needs so well and I'm trying to adjust to the smaller version.

This is a beautiful and useful bag, and the Pacific color is gorgeous. I couldn't wait to use it. I put it on the first day, and wore it to an outdoor event. I kept pulling at it and my friend kept straightening the strap, and I finally noticed that the strap was sewn on wrong. Instead of laying flat from back to front, it twists and will not straighten. I would return it, but I have used it; plus, my printer doesn't work and I can't print a label. I love ordering items from Zappo, but this time, they must have gotten a bad batch. Great disappointment and aggrevation.

The new design is less useful than the original. The width of the 2 side pockets is narrower, which limits the width of items you can carry, such as a normal-size comb. The separate bag is so small it is totally impractical. Please bring back the original design. Why mess up a good thing?

I can't leave a review because my bag hasn't shown up. I ordered Nov.29. The last update I received was on Dec 6. Since them nothing. Just says in transit. Today is Dec 13. I love these bags, but, your shipping?? Not so much.

Just doesn't work for me if I'm using it as main purse.

My Pocket Crossbody Baggallini arrived yesterday, and I was so disappointed in the quality of this bag. The fabric is not the high quality I'm used to seeing, and the shoulder strap is flimsy. Honestly, it looked like a bad knockoff.

This purse was delivered in a plastic bag and it was flattened like a pancake with i think will be permant creases in odd place all over bag.

I own two of the same pocket bags I love that are no longer in stores. I have used the black one so much that the metal looks awful so wanted another. Saw what was the same one and ordered it. The one I received I had already bought as a substitute. It does not hold my IPhone 7 easily when anything else is in the bag and therefore I cannot use it. Very sad that the pictured one was not what I received. It is the one with the thinner strap.

The bag was just what I wanted but the color inside was horrible. Wish I had known. Would rate it excelent in a neutral color inside

its all good & handy, but when you wear it as fully long cross body, its bunch up in the middle, I hope Baggallini can replace it with new products that I may choose. I love the brand, I have bought before other types as well.

I liked this purse but after using it for only two weeks the strap shreded and looked all fuzzy down close to purse????

Arrived at my door with a defect. Front compartment not sewn on, on one side.
