I was so excited to find this bag to replace an older one in a bone color. The older one has a fantastic strap - wide and not "slippery" fabric. This bag's strap is narrower and the strap is a silky texture, compared to the other. As a result, it irritated my shoulder, as soon as I loaded it with my stuff. I had a cervical fusion, so I may be more sensitive than others. Sorry to have to return and keep using my older bag. Will do more research and hopefully find another Baggallini bag that fits my needs.

Lots of pockets and great for travel. Nice color, neutral and goes with everything. Well constructed; should last years.

I bought this bag earlier in the year. My one complaint is the strap . I would really like it to be wider since it becomes very uncomfortable after a few hours (I used it for a vacation ) in the crossbody position. The handle is not detachable so I cannot put a larger strap on it without damaging the bag.

It needs a more substantial strap for safety it would be the best bag in the world for travel if it had an uncutable strap.

The bag is cute but it's just a shade too small. Size matters. I would prefer 1 or 2 inches larger all around. For everyday use I am able to get most but not all of my stuff in it. I'm keeping it because I need this color and it's almost perfect. I don't like the zippered pocket on the outside back, because it zips sideways, not from the top. Your stuff would fall out if you tried to use it while walking. You must wear it crossbody because the strap is a thin and slippery material (rayon?) that would slide off your shoulder as a shoulder bag.

Due to now having a larger phone my "old" handbag/purse was not functioning for me (I carry very little on a daily basis) so I have been on the hunt for a replacement. This one was close but just not right. I liked all the different pockets and it fit everything I needed. I liked the pattern. The size was good but what ended up being the deciding factor was that once loaded up with what I would normally carry as I walked about the house I found that it kept slipping to the front. The strap is positioned slightly differently. Also I have been used to an "east/west" bag and this is more "north/south" so I found looking for items inside the main compartment a bit more awkward. So back it goes. I had ordered two Baggallini and ended up keeping the "Out and About Bagg" - just wish it came in the same fabric as the one I am returning

The bag was adorable but a little too small for my iPad.

I am trying out this bag before a trip. I need a very lightweight bag, crossbody for safety on trips, but very light because of neck and shoulder pain. It is quite small but will fit essentials. My eyeglass case was a bit too large so I got a soft one which fit in easier. I cannot get my large wallet in but will use a small travel wallet. Separating my lipstick, comb and small mirror from its makeup bag helped also. My IPhone8Plus, rather large, fits in the middle or main pocket. I bought the brown color- purposely do not want to stand out with a bright color on my next trip. Material seems sturdy. My only complaint so far is that I would have liked a slightly wider strap.

I had to send it back because it was a bit too small for me. I've been using one that is a little bigger, maybe an inch, and I was hoping this one would work for me. But I couldn't put my wallet in the big compartment without taking everything out. I'm still looking for a small size bag, but meanwhile I've purchased a Everywhere Bagg, which I'm very happy with expect wishing a little smaller.

Would like key strap and wallet on opposite sides of zipper. Otherwise, I love the bag

I was a just a bit disappointed. I have the triple zip which holds an amazing amount of stuff. I felt this bag needs a zipper that allows the top to open a bit wider to get into the bottom of the large section & a place to hook my keys on the outside of the bag. I had to eliminate some stuff I normally carry.

I wish that the navy color was darker..it is more blue than navy..but everything else, size, pockets, comfort, exactly what I wanted.

I love theses bags. Small yet holds a lot, light weight. I like geometric patterns but this pattern is interesting.

I'm very happy with the cross body pocket purse. It's about my 4th baggalini. Each bag is getting smaller, I think this is the smallest I can go. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the strap. I would like it a bit wider.

Nice fabric and design. Like the slots for cards, pocket in front for phone and lower pocket for keys. Not sure what to use the back zippered pocket for. Nice size overall and roomy enough inside for extras.

I had to have a light bag because of a broken shoulder and this fits the bill. Love all the separate compartments

It works well for me with all the storage space & small enough. I agree with others it could have a better shoulder strap.

I was surprised how pretty the color (a deep plum) is. The bag is a bit smaller and thinner than I expected. Certainly achieves the goal of being light weight. I cannot carry all the items necessary in this bag, however. This will be used for day jaunts only, and not a general use, all purpose bag. Rfid is the main thing, and that is what I have. I might buy a larger bag in the future.

I really like this bag. The only thing o think could use a change is a thicker strap. It rubs my neck a little because it's so thin.

I really wanted to keep this bag, but I just couldn't stuff everything I normally carry into it, and I'm a pretty light traveler... about an inch taller and deeper would have been just perfect! So sad, because the things I like to have at the ready on the outside, like my phone and sunglasses fit well in the outside pockets, and the zippers are really secure, but I'm going to have to opt for the larger top zip cross-body, although I prefer the design of this bag - the outer zip pockets have a sleeker design, and I don't have to worry about a flap staying put... I'll keep an eye out for a larger version of this one in the future! Oh - and the strap could be a little wider, just so it doesn't risk digging into the shoulder during long walks - the top flap cross-body bag' s strap is wider, and seems more ergonomic.

Perhaps it's my own fault since the measurements were included in the description however, the purse arrived and it was much smaller than I expected. But, I began using it and it's working.... no space for "extra stuff".

I love the bag! However, the cross body strap is not long enough. I extended it the full length but it's still too short. Other than that, it's a great purse!!

Lack of 5 stars is my fault! I should have ordered a slightly larger bag. Just a little too small for me...to use is jammed packed! But......very nice!

I have and love the same bag in animal print and wanted it in black to match my tote and everything else. I love it as much as the animal print, but the zippered compartment where I carry my phone seems a little smaller...it doesn't slide in and out as easily. I can carry my keys, lipstick, and place a few dollars for quick access in the other outer compartment. I have leather crossovers, but I love the lighter weight of this bag.
