Sections are very tight and difficult to get items in and out. The two sections when full make the pockets between them for your cell phone unusable.

I am very disappointed in this bag! I took it to Europe and tried to use it a couple of times, but ended up using my tiny crossbody for essentials and my Baggallini tote when I needed more. This was just too heavy because of the huge connector loops and too unwieldy because of the many pockets. I thought that I would love all of the pockets but I could never find anything! I love Baggallini, but not this one...

I've been wanting a bagallini for awhile now finally decided which ones. What a disappointment! The strap cuts my neck!! The strap rubs against your neck as you walk and then starts to cut it. I'm constantly pulling my shirt up to block my neck from the strap. Disappointed!

I keep losing my glasses (prescription) because the snap does not stay closed see so the goassses fall out of the bag is on its side

The organizer area inside the front zipper is great. The purse was a little smaller than I expected. The front pocket under the flap is difficult to get a hand into (and I have small hands). The back criss-cross zipper pocket is awkward to get into when wearing the purse and the strap interferes with access and viewing. The hidden center pocket closes with a magnetic snap which does not seem as strong as the hidden magnets (under the fabric) in my old purse and the snap tends to close slightly out of alignment. I will be returning.

The bag is well made and pretty in the floral fabric. Unfortunately the dimensions are done in such a way as to be misleading. The height measurement is attained by measuring up to where the strap attaches, meaning those tiny pointy parts are included in overall dimensions though the are unusable space. True usable height is between 7 and 8 inches, width approximately 7 inches, base is 3 inches. My cloth glasses case barely fits inside with zipper closed. Go bigger. Low numbers in quality and value are because of size issue, not because it isnt well made

Like others have mentioned, the magnets in the center compartment are weak and ultimately useless because the bag will not stay closed which makes it a perfect target for a pickpocket. This poor design feature which based on a review I just found from 7 years ago, has still not been corrected. I wish I had seen that review before making my purchase. That is ridiculous. I bought this expensive bag on sale which lowered the price greatly, I certainly would have returned it otherwise. This is my first and last Baggallini purchase.

I thought this bag was the answer for me. I have a smaller baggallini that works great except that my glasses case has to be put right on top and I have to take it out before I can get to anything else. The problem with the criss cross, though, is that 1) it has so many pockets that I would need a couple of weeks to remember where I put everything, and 2) the deal-breaker was that if I put anything in the middle area (between the criss and the cross), that part gapped open. There is a weak magnet meant to hold it closed, but it is not effective when items are put in that area.

Nice bag, much smaller than anticipated. Cannot fit a wallet.

I love the bag but the zippers are imperfect. They do not go all the way to the end of the seam, so the inside color shows when it is closed. This is disappointing as I was really looking forward to having a wonderful new bag.

The bag has too many compartments for such a small bag. I can't find anything and being so small it doesn't carry much.

Although the idea of having a lot of organization areas sounds great, in reality if you use those areas to organize your cards and general items you need in your purse, the bag becomes too fat to use.

The straps are positioned well and the front flap pockets' interior is great...but the bag is TOO SMALL for the 3 main compartments. Make this bag larger and ONE large compartment would be much better

)K bag but too small for my needs. I use a bag like it only when traveling and it was impossible to put the items I use into this bag as the listed dimensions are misleading. The description states the bag is 3 inches deep, I believe, maybe more. When I received it, it was maybe 1.5 inches deep, far too small to replace my old Baggalini workhorse that is 10 years + old and slightly too small at 3.5 inches deep. I will recheck the various Baggalini bags to try to find a replacement. Really miss the internal tether in the newer bags. It's great for keys and wristlets.

The picture I'm feeling as I write this is not what I received. The small zipper on the front became a flap pocket. The bottom width is 8 inches not 10 as stated in the description. When a company changes its product, it would be good for Zappos to change their description. Usually I'm so happy with Zappos, not so much this time.

The center compartment has no zipper and is too easy for someone to reach in and take things. This section also pops open when bag is filled, as magnetic closure is not always effective. For a travel bag, all sections need secure closures. In addition, this bag has too many different sections, so when you need something quickly, it takes time to find It. It was a comfortable bag over the shoulder, but I won't travel with it again.

This bag said it was ten inches across. I measured my wallet and decided it would fit. When I got it, I tried to put my wallet in it and it was so tight I had a hard time getting it out. I have purchased other ten inch bags from you and they fit fine!

This bag was given to me as a gift for an upcoming trip. Meanwhile I've used it 4 times (before trip) without stuffing it with pocketbook items. It is coming apart at the seam. Very disappointed.

My review is going to sound weird, this purse has too many small areas, so I found it oddly weird to find anything in it and nothing really fit even know there is ample room. I had cut my tags off, so sold it on Mercari vs returned. I went back to my very old Bagallini when they were made better. Also please bring back the magnet under the fabric again! Such a great idea and so much easier to use vs today and risk ripping off the magnet like a snap.

it's not a purse it's a bigger wallet on a belt, what's in it? hmm a mobile phone but e.g. 7plus it has a problem to get in, wallet - not big, yes maybe a lip stick and hygienic handkerchiefs, I do not know why there are so many compartments that make this tiny purse a stuffed pillow on the belt, which looks very terrible, no space for a water bottle, which is necessary when traveling, and yet this bag is "ideal" for travel, and without a folding umbrella in the journey with this bag you have to do as well I do not recommend it for being tiny and for the price

I was excited to get this purse and was sorely disappointed. First, the size is not correct. This is a small bag and the width dimensions must have added the depth to the total. Second disappointment was the change section of the purse had no bottom, it wasn't sewn so the change just floated through to the rest of the bag. It could be a great bag if it grew in size and was properly assembled.

Very disappointed in that the center magnet does not stay closed. I went for my color choice thinking this bag would work. It does not work.
