For starters the lining is really ugly. Bright yellow doesnt match the bag and clashes with everything and it shows a lot since the center snap doesnt hold shut and always pulls apart. Why not use a matching liner?? I really wanted to like this bag. The strap is not comfortable, its flimsy, and way too long and also there is an adjuster that doesnt hold the length I choose. It loosens, releasing the strap and the strap become really long and I have to tighten it up again and again. Then there are those zippers going in opposite directions. Just a gimmick and not practical . It would be really great if the zippers were in the same direction. It always feel like an obstacle course pulling one zipper this way to get to my wallet and then the other pulls the opposite way. It makes for frustration when youre looking for stuff. Cute but so impractical and not user friendly/intuitive.

This Criss Cross Bagg is very cute and I like having the different compartments. My oy disappointment is that its a bit too small-I should have checked the size listed, but thought it was to adorable to pass up. I am using it daily as my day-to-day bag. I usually switch it out for another, depending on where we are going. Color and material is very wear and tear.

I bought this for a trip and hoped it would work well, but it's just not quite roomy enough to be practical. While I like the ziparound "wallet" area, I can't figure out what the little snap pocket in front of that is for. Its opening isn't big enough for anything. The larger two zip compartments just aren't deep enough to hold much. I do like the way it fits against the body when you carry it, though.

This bag was purchased to replace the same older bag. Appearance so far is very similar with a few changes from the older bag. The new metal logo has a lot of edges that could get caught on clothing and become damaged. The original logo was a solid piece that was perfect. The new strap is half of the thickness of the original. Not very confident that the new strap will last very long. This was disappointing as the thickness of the original strap also gave it comfort that the new strap does not. The reason for buying a replacement bag was a zipper coming apart, I hope this was a good choice.

I am a Baggallini lover have had several of their bags they are durable and last a long time however this bag is smaller than expected and does not really function well in its current size please make it bigger

Too many compartments (am I really saying that?). I have small hands, but very hard to reach into the purse when it has your "stuff" in it. Love the red color. I think if it were an inch or 2 longer and shorter, it would be perfect.

Not that happy with it. Even with all the pockets, the bottom is way too narrow. It's top heavy so that when you put something in the pockets, it always falls over. I've already emptied it out and don't use it at all. I'll probably just give it away

I have had Baggallin's in the past and love the looks and quality! They last for years and the zippers never fail. My most recent 2 purchases however are too small. I returned one and thought the measurements listed for the second one would work, but the openings are small. I have a medium/small wallet and a medium sized iPhone, and they are inconveniently tight in the bag. I don't want a large purse but it needs to be large enough to carry normal sized items. I'm speaking of the cross cross bag but many of the others have similar measurements. Just a couple inches larger would be great!

Bag is cute, but smaller then expected, wish it was a little bigger.

This bag is way too small for everyday use. It's not much bigger then a waist pack, in fact i have fanny packs that are larger. I returned it as it is not what i needed. Nice color though

I bought it in blue and the color is really beautiful. The quality is excellent. It's shape and appearance is awesome. I can't believe what I am about to type but, I returned it b/c it had too many pockets and I couldn't find my stuff! Probably just me though.

I bought this Bagg to replace an older Baggallini purse that is over five years old. Unfortunately, it is too small. It has lots of different spaces for organization but I could't get all of the items into it like my older bag. I ended up continuing to use the older bag. I am not sure what I am going to do with this one.

The magnet holding the center together is not strong enough

It really hold the things I really needed to have with me. Everything was just too packed & while shopping couldn't access easily what I wanted

Love this bag and want to have other colors so I can enjoy it in different seasons and for special occasions. I'm looking for a denim blue and was hoping this would "fill the bill," but the color did not work for me.

I would chang the strap, it cuts in my neck. Maybe roll the edge. I like what the strap is made of. Also I would use a stronger magnet for the middle pocket to keep it from gapping open. Other then this I love the billfold is built in

I ordered the3" bottom. The purse is small and cramped. Can't use a wallet. Baggallini needs to be more generous with the fabric. I love Baggallini but the price is.getting to be outrage. And I really miss the little matching purselett. Cheep Cheap

Not as roomy as other bag but it is OK

Strap is heavier than in past. Not as comfortable. Will probably return. Would really like to order one of the smaller bags but needs straps at ends as in past, not on sides, to work best. When will this be corrected?

This bag is small -- if you only need to carry a few (ideally flat) items, it could work. Just too many zippers and an uncomfortable strap. It looks cool, but that's about it!

I love the color of the purse and how the crisscross allows the strap to rest on shoulders, while keeping it secure. That said, I will need to use a slimmer wallet. The central pocket lacks a magnet or something to keep it closed when the purse is packed.

I thought that getting rid of my wallet would lighten the load but oddly it did not with this bag. This feels awkward and the straps are too close together. The bag needs to be a bit larger to provide better access to items. Lots of pockets but so tight you can't get into it. Sadly I will be returning this one.

I don't know what free-wheeling woman can fit all her stuff in here, but it ain't me. If you've got a fat wallet and sunglasses, forget it. Also thought the criss cross design made it hang oddly. However, it was well made and had a certain elegance while being practical. It might be for you, but it wasn't for me.

I've owned Baggallini bags but this is the first bag that has a strap that is wide and slippery. Unless you wear this bag criss cross the strap will not stay on your shoulder. A major disappointment to me. Although there are 3 compartments, they hold very little. Very disappointing.
