It’s a good tote but its not going to work for me. I was going to try to use it as a tennis tote bag but it’s not quite big enough.

I had a Baggallini tote for many years and it started showing its age, so I wanted to replace it. Unfortunately, this tote did not meet my expectations. The last bag was larger, roomier, and had two side pockets large enough for a good-sized bottle of water and a commuter coffee mug. The pockets on this one are useless, especially if you try to use the inner pocket as a laptop sleeve. The bag is too small and useless both as a laptop bag and as a commuter bag. I wish the old style was still available - I would have bought two!

I bought this tote becuase I LOVED the Town Tote, which is no longer available. I was wrong. Though this tote looks great, is is a poor substitute for the incredible utility tote that was the Town Tote. If you had added a laptop sleeve to that tote it would have been perfect. This one has two pockets on the sides that you can barely fit a candy bar in if the laptop sleeve is in use, which it can't be, because it's too small to fit a normal laptop. If you have a Surface or a tablet, you'll be all set. Otherwise, skip this tote.

Padded space does not accommodate a 15 inch laptop. The interior sewing was very shoddy compared to the 3 other baggallini products I have. When I tried loading it with iPad, wallet and a few others, it sagged and felt heavy on the strap. The hardware is great, the exterior fabric is great, interior not so much.

Nice bag. Nice gray color, but the lining color isn't the pretty bright pink in the one I had before and loved for many years. I'm going to get a different color, same style.

Returned back to store didn't like it

I have a few Baggallini bags and what I like most about them is the strength and style of the straps. The straps on this bag were different so I returned it.

Too small. Would have returned but needed it for business trip immediately

I own 2 Baggallini bags, Helsinki model which has been discontinued. I love the Helsinki model because of its width-13". Baggallini no longer makes bags 13" wide. Zappos claims this bag is 13" wide. No it is not. This bag is 18" wide. It is huge. It is going back. Very disappointed.

Looks cheap, feels cheap, and worst of all, a terrible thoughtless design on the straps. If you have a lot to carry and the bag gets heavy, the cheap, thin straps will dig into your shoulder. Same story for the shoulder strap - it digs into your collarbone or shoulder and the metal buckle is right there to add more pain. I can't believe they designed this for travel. Returning ASAP.

Very disappointed. This bag was not what I expected. I really needed a bag with exterior pockets for a water bottle. The exterior pockets are so narrow that you might be able to carry a single use water bottle but not a sturdy reusable bottle. FYI I have the Lifefactory 16oz

the bagg is 18" wide at the TOP, but only 12.5" across the BOTTOM. disappointing since it is much smaller than expected and most bag manufacturers provide the base/ bottom dimensions. :(

The lining was a terrible color that I wasn't prepared for! Not at all what I expected. I also wasn't able to fit my laptopwhich fits the dimensions listed in the product descriptionin the laptop pocket. Not happy at all...
