This is the perfect size bag for me. My small Swell water bottle fits perfectly in the main compartment. However, I will be returning it for a different color. I thought the bag was gray with black. Instead, it is a goldish tan background with dark brown. Wish it came in a blue color.

Have had this crossbody forever but needed a new one. So Sad that Baggallini has gone the way of so many other stores and and cheapened their product to make an extra buck. Others have mentioned the new bad strap. Fabric is not the same either. What does my age have to do with my review.

I have a MutiSac bag I'm using and this looked like it would be a bit bigger but just as handy. Sadly this was not the case. I couldn't get as much in the Calais and it felt heavy and just not user friendly. I really wanted to like it because I bought 3 colors and really liked the gray print. I will be returning them all.

great bag, lots of pockets but the color was very off, like a dirty red.

This is a small but cute purse and I love the color. However, when you go to open the wallet section under the clasp, it makes a cheap, plastic bag crumpling noise. Maybe it is the RFID protection; I'm not sure. But I don't want to hear a loud crinkling noise every time I go to get out my credit card.

I would buy this bagg in a heartbeat, if Baggallini would make it in a cute print that goes with black. The black cheetah would be nice, but ANYTHING more interesting than these boring solids. I LOVE that it has a built-in RFID wallet, and it's just the right size for everyday, but JEEZ, BORING!

I love the color of this bag that's why I purchased it. I only carry Baggallinis and this is by far the most awkward bag as to where to place my stuff in the purse. I also think the strap needs to be wider. It rest better on your shoulder with a wider strap. And I like the strap that swivels and you can unclip.

This bag is small and I like the design, but it's heavy and the straps are narrow. I don't even have "stuff" in it yet, and already the strap feels like it's digging into my shoulder.

This bag was WAY bigger than I expexted or could use.

This attractive bag has multiple compartments. I usually prefer a smaller bag but this one is great for travel when I need to carry more items. The RFID panel also protects my credit cards. Also in this time of COVID 19 this bag has a space where I can safely keep face masks.

I ordered this purse in the ruby red. The red does not appear as pictured. Love this purse and I have in several colors. I wanted a bright red and this is very dull.

While, up until now I have always loved your products, I received this bag with a stain on the front. My frustration comes from trying to return it. There is no longer a return form or an address supplied to do just that. It is virtually impossible to reach someone to help resolve this matter. I keep getting sent back to the website, which of course, doesn't give the needed information. If I am forced to keep this defective bag, I will never purchase another item from your company.

This purse is not what I expected, cloth is cheap and the front turn closer won't stay closed, also the strap is very uncomfortable. Used for a month, decided to donate.

So disappointed, the picture on site was different than I received, purse was to have a gray design, but just black. Front pocket off, not straight. The strap is too wide. Arrived in a plastic bag, that had been torn thru postage, for the price of the purse, would have thought it would come in a box. Saw some reviews is the reason for the purchase, but will think twice next time.
