This is my fourth Baggallini bag, and I love all of them, maybe this one the most! The size is great, and has just the right amount of pockets, and I especially love the phone pocket on top - so convenient. The only items I'm not so crazy about is the toggle knob on the front flap. It slides so easily, that most often, it's in the Open position. Also I agree with an earlier reviewer who mentions that the strap is not as substantial, and is slippery - the jury is out on my final decision on that one so far. Overall they are great, and when dirty, I throw mine in the washer in a mesh laundry bag, and hang dry. Who could ask for more?

The main reason I chose this bag is because of the credit card slots, which I find very practical. The bag is very nice, and I like all the zippered sections, especially the section where my cash and cards are kept. The two things that I would like to have on this bag are (1) a thicker/wider, sturdier strap; and (2) a little more space (a bigger bag with the same features).

I purchased this bag in an effort to greatly downsize. I am a senior and carry more accessories than most young people. I have been quite successful. I wish the interior opened a little wider. The card holders would be much more useful.

I bought this a month ago after trying several others. It is perfect size & has great organization. The only thing I would like changed is the strap. It is light weight & slippery but not a reason not to buy.

I'm always searching for the perfect handbag. The Calais crossbody comes pretty close to meeting my requirements. The RFID wallet section is on the front, easy access and two way zipper. The other sections provide plenty of space for everything you need to carry. The secret phone slip space in front is great and so accessible. I really like this handbag.

I've wanted a red Provence Crossbody but it's been discontinued so I decided to try the Calais and it's just not quite large enough for me. It's a really nice looking bag but just a little too small.

I really like Baggalini. The older bags are much better than the newer ones. I keep trying to find something that is more like the older ones, but I'm still searching. Overall however, I like this bag.

The bag was much too big for me. Also, it wasn't as pretty as the picture on the web

The bag looks cute but is impractical. I have to jam my passport into it if I want it inside in a se ire area. As for the front pouch, I would never use it for my credit cards because it isn’t secure- there is a zipper but the button on the front flap is loose and keeps sliding into the open position. It’s going back

I used this bag while on a trip overseas recently. The front compartment was nearly useless as the twist lock was constantly opening whenever I brushed my arm across the front of the bag. I would not recommend this bag to anyone because of this flaw.

I WAS DISSAPPOINTED IN THIS PURSE. I EXPECTED IT TO BE LITTLE LARGER. THE FABRIC IS ROUGH AND SCRATCHY.

While I loved the bag, I did not love the color. Moonrock had just a little too much metallic to it, so I returned it. If looking for a basic tan bag, this is not the one.

I wanted to love this product....it was just a bit too small for all the items necessary for a 76 year old: glasses, eyedrops, wallet, kleenex, etc.

The purse is great but the color isn't what I expected. I was expecting a true red and what I got was more of a brick red to maroon so I'm disappointed.

Wanted to love this little bag. The style is cute i think. But the material felt different then other Baggallinis. Smelled like off gassing. Also came with a Proposition 65 warning. Did not appreciate that. Back it went.

I received this bag about a week or so ago. I needed to replace my previous bag as it had gotten quite worn out over time. This bag looked like it would fit the bill, and I was sure hoping it would. There are so many compartments in this purse that it eats up usable space. It's quite stiff, and I realize that may be due to the RFID. The multiple sections, the very stiff parts of the bag making some of the sections a pain to get into - this all makes this bag for me not as usable as my last bag. The sections are small and/or so stiff that I don't really care much for this one. I have several Baggallini bags but this is not one of my favorites.

This is the perfect size bag for me. My small Swell water bottle fits perfectly in the main compartment. However, I will be returning it for a different color. I thought the bag was gray with black. Instead, it is a goldish tan background with dark brown. Wish it came in a blue color.

Have had this crossbody forever but needed a new one. So Sad that Baggallini has gone the way of so many other stores and and cheapened their product to make an extra buck. Others have mentioned the new bad strap. Fabric is not the same either. What does my age have to do with my review.

I have a MutiSac bag I'm using and this looked like it would be a bit bigger but just as handy. Sadly this was not the case. I couldn't get as much in the Calais and it felt heavy and just not user friendly. I really wanted to like it because I bought 3 colors and really liked the gray print. I will be returning them all.

great bag, lots of pockets but the color was very off, like a dirty red.

This is a small but cute purse and I love the color. However, when you go to open the wallet section under the clasp, it makes a cheap, plastic bag crumpling noise. Maybe it is the RFID protection; I'm not sure. But I don't want to hear a loud crinkling noise every time I go to get out my credit card.

I would buy this bagg in a heartbeat, if Baggallini would make it in a cute print that goes with black. The black cheetah would be nice, but ANYTHING more interesting than these boring solids. I LOVE that it has a built-in RFID wallet, and it's just the right size for everyday, but JEEZ, BORING!
