I ordered for a gift for my son for Christmas. Instead of these boots I received a pair of womens's boots. I phoned customer service, was on hold close to an hour, requested callback which never happened. Made an online ticket, waited a week no call. Phoned customer service, was put on hold, then hung up on. Called back again, Relayed information again, was pit on a long hold. FINALLY someone with "skills" answered & said would forward return shipping label (still not received). My first order

Got a response 4 weeks later that the was out of stock at time of purchase. With paying for faster shipping to receive within 2 weeks of purchase and keep receiving messages to guve review of products

Beautiful boot but it runs large I have a different pair of ariats and they fit like a glove I ordered the oakwood's in the same size and they are massive my foot slides forwards and backwards about an inch and a half not sure why the sizing is off and sadly they don't make any smaller ones such a shame because this boot is really nice

I ordered these on sale. I received shady 3rd party tracking info and "customer service" emails after I didn't receive my order. They are of no help and won't issue a refund.
