This boot fit my calves sooooo well. I dont have the biggest and. I hate when boots pop out at the top so this was perfect. Love the color as well on the shaft.

They were delivered quicker than I thought and they are probably the most comfortable pair of boots Ive had in a while.

I purchased and returned two pair of these boots. First pair had one boot significantly smaller than the other, second pair both were too small in the shaft to get foot into them. Unfortunate because they were very nice looking. Sizing is very inconsistent.

I gave these to my husband for Christmas and he loves them. He love them because they are comfortable and stylish.

Purchased online then I noticed it was taking too long to ship so I called and was told there were not enough in stock although it still showed as available online. Then finally the customer service representative said there werent any in the warehouse for my region, I offered to pay extra shipping but there was nothing I could do apparently. I did not change my address this was a complete lack of coordination from Ariat, it took about 3 weeks before I knew I wasnt getting them & now I get the email to submit a review on a pair of boots that I never received.

Great Product, Great Value, Great Customer Service

These are great looking boots! Only giving 3 stars because when they arrived the outsole of one of the boots was chipped off. We didn't return them because we've had some recent purchases that were the wrong size or never arrived and dealing with customer service was a nightmare - so we chose to just keep them. But overall, the boots themselves are great looking!

These boots are my new nice boots in contrast to my kickers I wear to ride and do work around the barn and so on, they look so good with any jeans or pants, but alsoi have a nice comfortable feel with a durable side. Id recommend them to anyone.

These boots are great quality, and fit very true to size. Ive been wearing them for a couple months for riding and work and they have held up amazing so far. Highly recommend Ariat boots

Most comfortable cowboy boots Ive owned. Fit was tight out of the box but they broke in quick. Would definitely recommend

I ordered this and have been emailing back and forth about there being a white mark on them that it came with. Supposedly a new one has been sent over a week ago with no tracking number. One of the reply's back forgot to take the A.I. response off the email about here is a nice thing you can say. It's been a frustrating process.

This boot is very comfortable and breaks in well, I would recommend them to friends. However my girlfriend bought me the Point Ryders and they squeek all the time and or makes a squishy sound on every step. Customer service is terrible when it comes to problems with the boots they sell, I have replied all the information needed and still waiting on them to reply. I add the Point Ryder in this because i can't do a review of the fact that I didn't purchase them.!!

I have and find Ariat to be reliable I bought the Sting Western Boot and Wow nice to look at a Mexican made boot from Ariat. I have a few concerns... size way off and quality control for a brand new boot. Quality control might be taking a vacation. I have always been happy with Ariat brand. Please tell Beth Cross she should look into what is happening. Going to keep and wear these boots because I dislike having to send it back. But definitely not happy for what I have received and experienced from our friends at Ariat

This boot looked and felt really nice. The rough out or suede felt really soft and supple. And the overall boot looked amazing. Only giving it a 3 star because the shaft was way too tight and I couldn't fit my foot through it. It's too bad because I would have loved to wear this boot. Not recommended if you have a high instep and wider calves and foot.

All of my 9D Ariat boots were a perfect break in size and fit great. I ordered these as a 9D as well, but they fit like a 9EE or or 10D. Too wide in the shaft area and my heel comes out super easily. This is the second boot I have order at a 9D and both I'll have to return. Will just buy from boot stores from now on as there is no consistency.

The pair I received were great looking, but the shaft was already peeling and falling apart and the fit. The first boot I put on was my right boot and it fit like a dream, these may have the best insole in a boot I've ever felt but, the left boot was what seemed like a size and a half too small. I unfortunately had to return them and was very disappointed. I have owned more pair of ariat boots then I can remember and never had that problem and I have always bought the same size.

I ordered for a gift for my son for Christmas. Instead of these boots I received a pair of womens's boots. I phoned customer service, was on hold close to an hour, requested callback which never happened. Made an online ticket, waited a week no call. Phoned customer service, was put on hold, then hung up on. Called back again, Relayed information again, was pit on a long hold. FINALLY someone with "skills" answered & said would forward return shipping label (still not received). My first order

Got a response 4 weeks later that the was out of stock at time of purchase. With paying for faster shipping to receive within 2 weeks of purchase and keep receiving messages to guve review of products

Beautiful boot but it runs large I have a different pair of ariats and they fit like a glove I ordered the oakwood's in the same size and they are massive my foot slides forwards and backwards about an inch and a half not sure why the sizing is off and sadly they don't make any smaller ones such a shame because this boot is really nice

I ordered these on sale. I received shady 3rd party tracking info and "customer service" emails after I didn't receive my order. They are of no help and won't issue a refund.
