These shoes felt narrower in the toebox - too bad there isn't a wide option.

These shoes have been a Godsend. Lateral meniscus surgery has caused a huge shift in my foot movement and I need a lot of lateral stability. These shoes are marvelous! They are comfortable without being too squishy, and the bottoms are firm enough to prevent lateral movement, but they are overall quite lightweight. The laces are odd but work just fine. You could always replace with regular laces if you preferred. If you have high arches, you will need orthotics, but there's room for them. Tongue is attached to bottom of shoe at the top with fabric on each side that is a little tight at first. After one or two wears it loosens right up and this is a great shoe. First runners I've been able to wear in ages.

Wore these on a recent trip to Norway where it rains a lot and they worked well. I am between sizes so ordered a half size up to help with toe width and so I could insert my own orthotic, and the heel was fine with socks on. They are a little firmer in the toe area than I would have preferred so only 4 stars on comfort, but my toes were fine walking in these every day for two weeks, including walking many cobblestones in Belgium.

These shoes were a little stiff at first, but then wearing them a couple of times they began to feel just great! Now i can honestly say they are among the comfiest sneakers i've ever owned. They seem well made, and like all my Salomon's, they can withstand all my daily activity. i thought they were going to be a navy color, judging from the name 'nightshade' & from the picture, but they are actually a nice shade of purple.

Sharp looking shoe with lots of support. I wear mine mostly for walking and looks, I put them on and it was like stepping in a cloud!

These are my favorite shoes for walking in the rain in PNW! They are waterproof and super comfy! My other Salomon's were too stiff, but these have lots of cushioning:)

The fit was perfect! These are soooooo comfortable! I was worried about comfort because I bought another pair of Salomon's before and they were really hard. I would buy these again.

My favorite shoes - I have about 5 pairs over the years and I wear them out because I wear them so much. I use them as my Field Trial shoes - they really don't wear out - I just get them so dirty, I buy new!

Really like the look and comfort. I wish I had ordered a half size larger since this pair will be tight if I wear thicker socks.
