I do a bunch of road trips by van. This garment is hands down the best for keeping fresh between laundry stops and feeling comfortable between a wide range of temperatures. Also, perfect neck line - not to tall, not too low.

Each autumn, through winter I wear Smartwool everyday. Wool, wool, wool performs in every activity I pursue. Hot once has Smartwool failed- great track record!

My husband is a fishing guide in Montana and we ski. He wears the base layer and loves the shirts and pants.

I now own three of these. Very much a good base layer, but I also buy them a size up and use them as a second, lightweight layer.

Wear this too every day in the fall. Perfect weight for doing anything strenuous. You'll stay warm but not over heat. Perfect.

I spend long durations in air conditioned computer areas, the base layer is perfect weight to keep the chill off.

Base layer for relatively warm conditions. Very versatile.

I bought the product specifically for golf. It works great. The base layer plus a light wind breaker works just fine for those 50 degree days. I am looking to buy another one as soon as the price goes down. Based on my experience thus far I anticipate I will be able to reduce the amount of clothes I will have to wear when the temperatures go down. Less clothing, better swing!
