I love both the All Season and Classic version of Smartwool's Merino Base Layer tops. I were this alone on warmer days or under a sweater or colder day. Soft. Be careful too avoiding shrinking these tops. After making the mistake of putting it into a dry, I learned to hang dry. It is dry in no time at all.

Great lighter weight base layer. Wear it under a warmer layer for riding and will be great for camping or need something light weight with sleeves in the summer.

This base layer is great for being out in the field clearing trees from the trail especially during cold and wet days. These are comfortable and provide me just right amount of warmth without restricting movement.

Husband wears it daily! Lightweight but warm and looks great with jeans. Used as a top layer over tee. Second purchase as he loved the first one!

My husband loves this and wears it daily as a top layer over a tee. Soft and warm. Not too heavy or hot for southern winter. Looks great with jeans.

This my go to layer for hiking, backpacking and skiing. It is soft, supple and stays warm when wet. You can literally wear it for days and it does not stink like polyester based clothing. You do need to be careful because it rips easier than polyester. Another issue is you can't hang up the shirt because moths will eat holes in it. I put all my smartwool in ziplock bags. Great product and highly recommended!

I purchased this base layer for my boyfriend, and he absolutely loves the color and feel of the fabric. It has become his favorite hiking staple, and he can wear it around town afterwards because odor from sweat is minimized. He is asking now for the ochre color!

Smart wool is the only shorts that keep me warm while working outdoors. They are durable and so soft!

Fit is more snug than standard. Works as an underlayer though. Other than that, great fit, great insulation, all you'd expect from merino.

I have 3 smartwool long sleeves of different insulating values This is the thinnest and its perfect for this time of year as it keeps u warm and cool , I bought this for a Colorado Bikepacking trip as it will protect my arms and body from the hot sun during the day and keep me warm at night as a base layer

These things do tear a little more easily with where than your 250 version layer. I wish something could be done with that that said it serves its purposes being a thinner less warm all season layer I prefer to wear as a top to help avoid ticks in warmer season hiking.

Fit is larger than other smartwool tops. Slip this over anything. Good keeps the neck and head warm and the front pouch is cosy for your hands. I guess the zipper key pocket might be useful for some. I am more likely to forget I put something there and find it after I put the top in the wash.

I use it as a light base layer on chilly mornings. Not for very cold weather. Great weight Fabric. Runs a little small, but I want my base layer to be a little more fitted, so it works.

I have purchased 5 of these tops in the last 3 years and so far 3 of them have holed out with only light use during the winter. Put in a claim for the first one and after a month finally received a credit for the purchase price. Guarantee policy is too convoluted.

Fantastic product. Can't go wrong here. It really is an all season option. Multiple days of light effort wear between washes. Great undershirt for the cold office as well. Formerly the 150 weight. Can be a little delicate if you're not mindful. Wish the collar was a bit more snug, as I wish for all the base layers!

Good fit in arm length and body length. For me it's a good base layer and is good for wearing alone during warmer weather.
