Too small and slips off constantly

My daughter got them dirty right away. I don't know how any kid can wear these or human! I've been trying to clean them for months now I'm not trying to sound like a Karen, but this is real try another shoe. I'm not hating on UGGs You're great, but you can't be selling these.

They're too big in the back

Purchased my normal size and they are really tight

THE COLOR IS VERY LIGHT AND GETS DIRTY VERY EASILY

They were great in the beginning, until I got something on them, now I'm very disappointed I had bear paws before these and my results were much better

Used the Uggs protectant spray all over the shoe and let air dry overnight. The shoes got wet a few weeks later and now they are ruined. Can't get the water spots off. Will not buy again.

No it was horrible. You canceled both my orders each time I placed them. You really should work on this because 2x this happened.

I love Uggs but now I'm disappointed and sad about their quality and product

Purchased these for my grandchild. He has wore them for less than one month and the trim around the front has came apart. Contacted the company and they refuse to do anything about it.

Bought a size 6K because i wear a size 8 in women's. The shoe fit but unfortunately every time i walk, my heel comes out :/ have to return

Is not the same color it looks lighter then the ones I have order and the sizing is also different is bigger then the ones I have order even tho is the same size

I had to return the Tazz, they were too small, and the larger size is unavailable. No other style will do.

shoes look like were on display, it was dirty on sides i didn't return them because my daughter was tired of waiting for them.

After paying for expedited shipping only for my package to days later. Spent 2 hour hours arguing with customer service about my order , mind you 2 separate reps. The quality is absolutely not there, the lining was flat and not soft, I was so excited to finally get these to be overly disappointed.

I am returning this shoe

Quite honestly, I used to be a huge fan of UGG. The shoes/boots were nice and cozy and kept my feet warm. When I bought these, I noticed that it indicated UGGplush wool-blend lining and I didn't think much of it since I have always loved and trusted the brand. I want to tell you how sorry I am that I assumed the quality of this shoe would be as good as it used to be. The lining in this shoe is that of what I could have gotten from any discount retailer for a quarter of the price. I do not believe there is any actual wool in the lining. The shoe in no way shape or form keeps my feet warm like all of my older UGG shoes/boots that have genuine shearling lining. I am beyond disappointed and will begin to look for better alternatives from somewhere else. Or just buy the less expensive knockoff at a discount retailer.

So rude Ugg , ordered shoes for my daughter for her birthday nonetheless;She wanted them so bad they didn't fit. I sent them back and y'all say their on back order and then I get an email that says we don't have them anymore. And too bad basically; so no I'm not impressed at all uggs more like Ughs

one shoe came defective it gives me a blister and it feels like it is not the same as the other one.

I have had these shoes for one week and have worn them a total of 3 times. The sole is absolutely destroyed, the inside is no longer soft. Im truly so disappointed because the price point absolutely does not match the quality of the product.

I bought these slippers for my daughter for Christmas. It's the only thing she a has asked for. I received my order on time but when I opened the box, both slippers had multiple lumps on the side by the sole. I got online to get them replaced and I see that they are no longer in stock. I then contact them online to see if a restock would happen and was told it was unknown if they would be restocked. I've been purchasing Uggs for myself and kids for the last 15 years and was very disappointed in the quality of the product. These slippers should have never passed quality control.

The heel slips out no matter if you size up or size down , or true to size. Uncomfortable to walk

Looks nothing like the picture and what I ordered. Looks as if somebody wore it and sent it back.

Rippling and dents on the shoe .. poor craftsmanship .. very disappointing bc I love UGGS but these are bad .. returning
