My girl wore it to outside once and the bottom of shoes already looks like she wore it for more than a year with pieces chipping off in front. Sole is very poor quality

i made sure i double checked that uggs should fit true to size, so i got my exact shoe size for the uggs. they fall down underneath my heel and scratch up my heels so i can't wear them for long periods of time unless im sitting the whole time. i'm sure they would fit better maybe if i got a larger size? i'm not sure but they are somewhat disappointing.

I have a size 5 in kids, Taz slipper, and a size 6 in kids to slipper. They are both chestnut, but the color is very different. I was disappointed because the five was for my daughter and the six does not look the same. It is in fact, quite a bit more orange.

Platform looks taller online than in person. Appears more like regular adult tazz slippers in person.

Size is inconsistent with original Tasman kids size 4. I purchased the tazz in a size 4 knowing that I am a size 4 in the Tasmans, and a size 3 in kids typically. However upon delivery a few days ago, the size 4 is too big with atleast a half inch of room behind my heel. I wouldn't purchase anything online without knowing how the sizing runs, and I am confident with Ugg sizing because I've purchased many variations over the years. However these were a disappointment, and truly an inconvenience. I can't exchange, because the size isn't available or back ordered. I don't feel comfortable shipping back, because shipping carriers have lost multiple of my deliveries. It takes 5-20 days for processing, and the in store policy is not the same as online. You do not get an immediate exchange or return, you have to wait until it gets examined upon delivery to the warehouse. Absolutely ridiculous, I just want the size that will fit, and without having to go through 5 steps to get them. The whole point of an in store exchange or return is for an immediate transaction, why change it? If the store associates can't properly examine these products, then you need better training. Your customers shouldn't have to suffer because of it.

I purchased a size 4 with knowledge of how uggs run, and already having a pair of the kids Tasmans in size 4. The Tasman II for kids run small, so while I'd typically be a size 3, I needed a size 4 instead. With that, I thought the sizing would be exactly the same. Considering it's the same exact style shoe, just with a quarter inch bigger platform. Nope, the size 4 is too big. I have about an inch of room behind my heel with my foot moved up. Once the fluff has gone down, and the newness wears off, I will be sliding and slipping out with every step. Ok, so exchange right? I would, however they are out of stock in the size 3. And NOW no longer doing immediate transactions for exchanges or returns in person at the physical stores. You still have to have the shipped out to the Ugg warehouse for examination and approval, before you can be issued your exchange or return. Absolutely ridiculous. I don't purchase things if I'm not aware of the sizing, because I don't love having to return or exchange. After over 15 pairs of Ugg variations, I didn't expect something such as a size difference to be such a hassle when wanted to exchange. Why would in store process be the same as online, when in store is made to be for convenience. Not convenient at all. Now I'll probably have to return them and wait 5-20 days (their words) for my payment back.

I just ordered kids tazz and kids Tasman. I got the tazz yesterday in size 6 and I am normally a 8 womens size. They are so tiny! I am wearing them around the house to see if they loosen up but my toes are so squished! Bummer because they are sooooo cute! Well I just got the size 6 Tasman (kids) in the mail today and they are so much more comfy! They look to be the same size but the toe box is bigger than the tazz and therefore way for comfy and fit perfect.

I purchased the chestnut Tazz in a kids size 4, knowing that the Tasmans run a full size too small. Typically I am a kids 3/womens 5 in all uggs. After buying over 15 pairs of Uggs for me alone in different styles and colors, I can honestly say I have never had to return or exchange any of them. I do not purchase something online if I can't be sure on the fit. Having to go through the channels to exchange something, especially because of a sizing issue is more than frustrating. So having said that, I purchased a size 4 for myself as a Christmas gift from my husband that he wasn't able to buy in a physical store. I specifically bought a size 4 because I KNOW that the original tasmans run a full size small. The ones I have on my feet right now, are a size 4. You would think that since it's the same exact slipper, maybe a quarter inch taller, that the same size in both should have no difference right? WRONG. The tazz slippers are not only deceiving on the platform, they are not made with the same sizing. I assumed since reviews said that they were tight for people in their usual size, that they would be the exact same way the original is. Who honestly would think otherwise? ESPECIALLY if they are familiar with the Tasmans, and how they fit. Now after waiting a while to get them, I have slippers that I might not even be able to actually wear. Once they start to deflate in fluffiness, they have more room (some say they loosen up) in them. Being that they are already half a size bigger while fluffy, that full size will be evident in a short while, and they'll be slipping off my feet every time I take a step. That's annoying, and there should definitely be a size disclaimer in the details stating the size differences. Ugg also no longer does immediate returns/exchanges in store, they will process same as an online order and ship them to be evaluated before getting said exchange or return - taking 5-20 days. INSANE.

I specifically bought these because I love the thick sole of the Tazz. They have changed the style and now the sole is half as thick as what it used to be. I'm very disappointed and will unfortunately be returning these.

Very cool and style, It keeps coming out of the foot and it's not easy to put on like slippers, when dirty there is no way to clean without staining because just the water stains the product

Just received the pair my daughter has been begging for in the mail. I had planned to give them as a Christmas gift. Reading a lot of reviews, it seemed that they run a little big in sizing. Given that information I ordered a size smaller than what she typically wears, only to get them and see how huge they are! Im worried an exchange won't process in time for the holidays, so now I have to decide if I want to hand over more money to order another pair that still might not fit her. I'd rather go into a store to sort the mess out but unfortunately I don't live anywhere close to one. Im irritated that the sizing isn't more accurate or detailed.

Bought these for my daughter and then liked the look so much, I bought a pair for myself. The fit and comfort were both excellent, however - when I cleaned my daughter's with the special ugg cleaning kit (that I also bought to ensure they stayed in good shape), it completely ruined them. They look terrible now and she's only had them for less than a month. Same thing happened to my pair after cleaning them. Beware.

I really tried to love these shoes. They're so cute and look very beautiful on feet. Unfortunately, the back side of the shoe is so low that it sits on a very awkward part of the foot and every single time I try to walk my foot lifts up. Basically, it is very uncomfortable pair of slippers.
I tried chestnut and hickory and both of them have the same problem. I will be exchanging it for something else.

I've been a lover of Uggs for years, and will purchase a pair annually. This time I was really disappointed with the quality of the materials. The sheepskin is very thin and already matted down. I am disappointed to say the least. I will be looking into other companies for future boots and skipper purchases

Ugg used to be the shoe, not only because it was trendy but because they were warm and could withstand a lot. I got mine in late September to beat the winter rush, didn't start wearing them until about November and already they're wearing down on the sole, the fur (which tbh is probably just faux shearling) matted down super quickly. It took my sister's two days for the fur to get all gross and matted.
Go to any store selling Ugg and just feel the tips of the shoesthey feel so incredibly cheap and for what? An even bigger price?? It's not even a question of care, I've had many Uggs in my life, and the ones that I've had since about 2015 are far superior than these. You press the tip of the shoe down and they feel sturdy. They've been in snow, slush, and ice and still are going strong.
Ugg is cutting corners and screwing us over by charging more. Bring back the quality or lower your prices.

I would probably get a different pair. These are very uncomfortable to walk in. My foot keeps slipping out. No heel support whatsoever definitely needs to be adjusted every time I take a step. If I was looking for slippers I would probably look for something else. They are very cute but I don't think I will ever wear them again.
