These shoes were great for walking around cities and light hiking on a recent river cruise in Europe. I did spray them with a waterproofing spray before wearing them. I have a wide foot and they were comfortable and true to size.

This is my third pair of this style of Bean walking sneakers. Love that I can buy 'wide' 8's. The shoes lasts for about a year of daily walking. Good arch support that doesn't breakdown with wear. So worth the cost.

Like the color contrast of the deep navy and white laces.

Excellent walking sneakers that held up for 5+ years. Now they're my gardening pair, as I bought a new pair this summer. My feet are slightly wide, but the regular is greatdidn't need to buy the wide width. Very pleased with this purchase.

Love these walking shoes! I bought 2 pairs. I have neuropathy in both feet as a result of chemo treatments so nothing ever really feels good on my feet until I tried these!

Highly recommend. These are the best pair of walking shoes I have ever purchased. After walking 5 miles in an afternoon on asphalt pavement, my feet felt great with no issues. Based on other reviews, I did go up half size. Fit was excellent. (Size 8w, color Silver Birch)

This is a nice shoe, fits to a T. So where my feet swell by the end of the day they would be to tight.
