This is the first product I have ever ordered from LL Bean that was not satisfactory. I tried them on and felt that there is insufficient padding in the sole to wear them without socks and were uncomfortable after a few steps. When wearing socks, they were so tight I could not wear them without being in misery after walking a little bit. Unfortunately, I didn't keep the Return Item information as I have never had to return anything to LL Bean previously, so I am stuck with a pair of shoes that will end up thrown away.

Bought three of these, black, asphalt and brown. The sizing quality control is lacking. Though I have worn a 10 D for 45 tears, I had to return the 10s and get 10.5. Even though the boxes and shoe tags each said 10.5 Medium, each color fit differently. The asphalt feel loose, the brown is tight, and the black feels correct. This is the first time I purchased shoes from LLBean. It will probably be the last.

Shoes were delivered within a few days. Unfortunately the shoes were grossly undersized and I could not even get my foot halfway into it. Returning the shoes was easily done at the store without any issues. Wish they did fit. I was able to get a comparable same-size shoe from another vendor and it fit perfectly.
