I tried this shoe in 3 different sizes and it was very narrow and small each time. Returning it again.

Bought these exact same shoes in 2021 and they were great. Needed to replace them as they are wearing out. The same shoe, same size (11.5) just purchased is multiple sizes too small. Can hardly get my foot in the opening, and shoe itself is at least 2 sizes smaller. Holding the old and new side by side can clearly see the new ones are smaller. Your Size & Fit instructions say to "buy regular shoe size". So I have to pay shipping to return your mis-sized item? Way to treat your customers LLB.

The sizing seems a full size off. Zero arch support.

Ordered 1/2 size larger and they are still too small. I wont be paying shipping 2 more times to return them. Live and learn.

Bought these to replace my old comfort mods (the suede ones). Same size as before, tried wearing them in hopes they would stretch, but still too narrow. Clearly wide means something very different. Will return if I can, otherwise have to donate them.

Bought my first pair last year and was so pleased I bought a second pair. However the second pair were so much smaller they hurt and I can't wear them. This order was a duplicate, same size and fit like a size smaller. Unfortunately I kept them in their box until needed and too much time passed to return them. That will never happen again

My family liked the old-style ones. I couldn't get my foot in these ones they were too tight in my size so now looking at other brands to buy, very disappointed.

Bought half size larger than my normal shoe size. Opening was so small and unforgiving that I couldn't get my foot in. Returned them.

Sole on right shoe was already bad when I received, Wasn't glued around the toe and left side of the shoe. Disappointed because they are other wise comfortable.

My husband has small feet. He wears a 6 D. We ordered the size 7D. He can't begin to get his foot in this shoe. It's way too narrow. I'm a woman who wears wears a women's 7B. I can't even get this shoe on. It's absurd. This style is exactly what my husband wants and needs but it's totally untenable.

there is no doubt that this moc pair is quite breathable. unfortunately, it isn't made for long walks esp those walks involved with land tours. after walking around a shopping mall I could almost feel the concrete under my feet. the arch support is almost non-existent. next steps: return, spend a bit more and purchase a good pair of shoes dedicated to walking.

Usually mens size 14, LL Bean shoes fit, no problem and we are pleased with quality. However, we are returning this shoe after try on. Too small all around. Otherwise, would be great casual summer shoe!

I ordered this shoe hoping that it would be a ventilated version of the leather or suede Comfort Mocs. They do not compare to the leather versions for support. Bring back the leather or suede versions which are great shoes.

What more to say. It is so low arched that I could not put it on. When finally managed to squeeze my feet in with the help of a shoe horn it was also way too small in its length, even though I ordered half size up. This is not good, but the fact that I had to pay shipping fee and return shipping for this frustrating experience is really unacceptable in the present marketplace.

About 5 years ago I purchased this shoe in black, brown and Gray size 8. They fit me perfectly, looked great and I was very happy. I wore them for 4 years, Monday-Friday. 7:30a-6p. Lots of walking all day per my job. Time for new shoes. Shoes arrived and I put them on and size 8 no longer fit, ordered size 9 which still not correct fit (I donated to kidney foundation) and I'm not ordering a size 10. Shoe doesn't feel the same on the bottom as my previous shoes so I'm going with a different shoe. I'm assuming these new shoes came from a different manufacturer overseas."

One would guess from description that they are fairly pliant and comfortable. Instead, they are very stiff and much narrower than the standard D-width.

I want to return these because the sole is falling off, just beyond the return window. I only wore these around the house and not often.

These were purchased for my husband who has a wide foot & high instep. He couldn't get them on.

I bought this as a size 11 shoe in 2019 and it was a great fit for my normally 10.5 size feet. I wore these shoes on long trips with lots of walking and to work for all these years. Now that they are worn out I ordered 2 more, one grey and one black, both size 11. What a disappointment. Both were much too small, I could barely get my feet in them. Further the grey shoes were defective in that the insole was too big and did not lay flat, lastly the web top had a defect that looked like it was not woven correctly. I returned them to the LL Bean store hoping to find a size that would fit without defects, but they did not carry these shoes at all.

They run a half size small and were not as comfortable in the sole as i expected them to be

Bought this shoe 2 years ago and they were great. Wore them out so bought the same shoe same size and color. The new shoes are shorter than the old version. Inside heel design change took up foot space that the older shoe didn't. Disappointed

This Moc is lightweight with almost no cushioning for your feet. The size runs smaller than normal and the wide width is not very wide at all. I bought my normal size 9.5 wide and they were too tight. I tried a 10 wide and still too tight. I have already returned them for a refund.

I chose size 10, which is bigger than my normal 9.5 (which has been my size my entire adult lifeincluding the shoes I got from LL Bean in October). Why bigger? Because the 9.5 I tried first was too small. Well, so were the 10s. And for the privilege of returning the shows, I get to pay for postage. For a second time, too! I used to love LL Bean. No longer.

Shoes were too small. Ordered 10.5 received shoes 9.5 even though label says 10.5. Will never buy again from this company

Had to return these shoes because the top reached too far up my instep and did not stretch enough to be able to get them on. Yes, I have a high instep, but this is not unheard of, just it does not fit in a shoe made for the majority of the population.
