Great leather shoe comfortable good fit nice pair of casual shoes

These were purchased for my son and he is very happy with them.

I have no problem with the design persay, but at the same time, they are not what I thought I was going to receive. -The test I used, with the thin soles during winter, meant that they are uncomfortable. -Thicker socks do to winter conditions, made this shoe even more uncomfortable during the test. -I ordered the wider size, and I am glad I did. Even so, they are not wide enough. I did follow the English sizing chart, and they still to tight. However, the same cannot be said about their Gum Shoes, which are perfect. -The color is not as dark as the photo displayed, and they do not go well with darker pants. -The summer vibe with khaki shorts and liner socks are more realistic for these shoes. -The POSITIVE aspect ... They are a well built shoe. It is your call, but I am just letting you know what to expect when you purchase these shoes. Perhaps the darker style of this shoe would do more justice to your wardrobe.

Bought mine around 1985, going thru their 4th resolving I I can't say enough about these shoes. I also have some Bean boots from 1987.

I've had these for over a year now and they have held up nicely. Good quality leather and a durable sole.

Soft leather the arch support is good, and heel is narrow good fit. I wear 10 B and 91/2 D is great. I use shoe trees help widen, when I not wear them

I got these for my husband who is rather picky about his shoes. He's never had this style before and really likes it. He has a medium to narrow foot and these shoes fit well.

The shoes are good quality for the price. I am a standard size and they fit perfectly, did not need to be "broken" in and are comfortable.

These are great shoes to knock around in! First bought them in 1986, bought them several times over again, and the new ones are quite improved. Great to wear with jeans, khakis and shorts. Very comfortable all-around casual shoes.

Wide option is great. I'm not sure if it's a wide last / sole, or just built with a bit more room in the leather upper. They felt a little snug when I tried them on the first time, but broke in very quickly. I've worn them for a few hours one day, and then for half a day another day, and they are now very comfy and I don't notice any constriction in my forefoot. I think with a little snow seal or other leather conditioner, they'll be really dialed.

I needed a pair of shoes for work and have had great experiences with LLBean in the past. So I ordered these Mocs on line with the hope they'd fit and feel comfortable right out of the box. I was not diappointed. Without time to break them in I wore them for over 16 hrs without a problem. High recommend!

These types of shoes often look better than they actually feel but these are probably the best boat shoes I've had in years very very comfortable.
