I bought my Uggs and was so excited to own a pair usually buy them as gifts and I received my order the thread was falling apart and my soul was detaching I contacted Ugg and they said I couldn't receive a new pair or refund even when sending my order back along with in person.

The strap broke literally within 5 minutes of wearing these the first time.

I have many items from uggs and all the time I have good experience, but this time I am disappointed . After 6 months of wearing the clog from time to time, the rivet ot the screw holding the strap with the clog got broken. I didn't expect this quality. Hope this problem get fixed

Very flat and uncomfortable. Wouldn't recommend.

I purchased these clogs on February 27th. I wear them around once or twice a week. I discovered the lining inside the right shoe up near my toe had a hole in it already. I reached out to Ugg and was told to submit a claim to the warranty department, which I did. I was then told by the warranty department that my clogs weren't eligible for warranty work due to "normal wear and tear". I haven't even had these for 3 months and they're far from the only shoe I own and wear. How can it be normal wear and tear? The warranty department is rude and customer service just wants you to go away. There is no way to escalate this, Ugg doesn't stand by their product OR their customers. Save yourself the trouble and go to Birkenstock instead. Highly disappointed.

I do not like them. Strap is ugly and the fit is uncomfortable. Hard to keep them on my feet even when strap is pulled tight against my heel Very disappointed

I've had these UGGs for about six months, and they've already started falling apart, the sole and strap broke making it unwearable. I'm actually really sad because they were the most comfortable shoe. I tried seeing if the broken strap covered under warranty and it doesn't which I don't understand. Shoes should last longer than 6 months especially for an expensive shoe.

I got this shoe and it broke. I am so upset how it turned out.

I wore these clogs (purchased 5 months ago) and noticed that the Velcro on the strap was rubbing the back sole causing tearing and fraying. When I contacted Ugg, they told me this was normal wear and tear. The shoes are in excellent condition otherwise. Extremely disappointed for the price paid. Be warned that if you are going to wear these clogs with the strap down in the back, they will rub the soles and cause tearing.

Bought these a size up, super comfortable. A bought a these in October of 2024 and they lasted four months. I was walking and the strap completely separated from the side of the show. Second pair of Uggs just breaking due to the quality back to back.

i have been trying to do an exchange through the web site for 2 weeks and i keep getting a message that reads - try back in 2 hours. So frustrating. Trying to get a bigger size as this style seems to run small.

These are super cute and I had been wanting them for months...finally got them and they only lasted 3 months before the strap on one shoe came clear off. Ugg makes YOU pay to return them even as part of the warranty which is an awful policy for a defective product.

Heels worn out after one month. Warranty team will not even give me store credit. Wish I could show a picture of what it looks like so I could convince you not to buy them.

I bought these 2 months ago and the button popped out !

The button that fastens the strap to the shoe snapped off after only '1" week...would purchase again if the design was improved and the snap quality was higher. The snap needs to go through not only the shoe but the lining also. Might hold up better!

The button holding the strap snapped off walking 5 ft from my house to my car. Super disappointing.

I didn't even get to wear these shoes for an hour before the side strap broke and left a hole in the side. This is incredibly disappointing because I was looking forward to loving these clogs.

Do not put the strap around your ankle or it will snag the heel of shoe.

The first set of shoes we ordered did not fit well. Was a gift from my daughter. We sent back to order a different size in a different color since the original ones she wanted were sold out, then received an email that those were also sold out even though they showed them. Ended up getting them from a different site and a little cheaper in the original ones she wanted. The quality of the shoes are great though.

I wanted to love these so much but just can't, the polyester lining makes your foot slide around so much they are super difficult to walk around in. Shouldn't have to pay so much for something you can't even wear

These are so cute and I was excited to finally get them after weeks of them being on back order. Unfortunately I never even left the house before the bolt holding the strap in place snapped off while going down two steps of stairs into the garage. I own several other pairs of Ugg shoes and have never had any complaint. Sadly the quality of these are not up to par.

I love these shoes. They're adorable and comfortable so I purchased them in two colors. Within a week of wearing them, the heel of the insole was torn up because the edge of the Velcro gets stuck to it and rips off/tears up the fabric. Now that I know this occurs, I keep the back straps as high as possible and move them up if I feel them sliding, but it's not entirely preventable even now that I'm aware. Also, they run slightly large in my opinion.

Don't like them and stained

I loved the idea of these shoes but my feet slide out of them and they're the right size. Don't recommend. I wouldn't buy again
