I was very excited to receive this item after waiting a month for it to ship since it was on back order, the second time I used them button connecting the strap to the shoe broke in half and fell off. Ugg customer service was very nice but ultimately they can't do anything including fix them or send me a new pair since they're sold out. I'm sure I received a defective pair but even then their solution is to just place me on the waitlist and I have to wait yet again. The only real option is a refund which is disappointing because I really liked them and wanted a new pair.

I ordered these in 9 and had to return I ordered the 10 and they don't feel much better The strap does not reach the Velcro on either size I tried to wear with strap on top (as they were delivered) and that wasn't comfortable I own plenty of Ugg boots - not happy with this purchase at all

I bought these and returned them the same day they arrived. The strap on the back snapped off the minute I tried to loosen it. I barely used any strength. They're super cute but not worth the money if they'll break again.
