The color of these shoes brought great disappointment. They look more like a sage green color not a hickory brown color.. I already had the olive green so I sent these back. The color is way off!

I cut off the straps because they're not snap ons

Until the plastic holding the strap broke.. why would you use plastic to hold a strap?

I love the look of these shoes but I"m returning...in bare feet they are comfortable. But with socks- and I bought them for cool weather- they are so uncomfortable. My feet can't get a grip inside the shoe which makes them so uncomfortable.

I wanted to love them because they are a very nice looking shoe, but the fit on these is terrible! I had to size up 2 size they are very heavy and always slide off! I thought they would stay on like crocs but they slide off constantly making it very annoying to walk. I decide to only wear them at home after twisting my ankle in them twice! I would not recommend

Bought a pair and not as comfortable I really regret it plus if I was gonna put the strap around them the Shoe won't fit wish I can get a refund but it's to late

I'm really disappointed with my recent experience with UGG. I received a pair of shoes as a Christmas gift from my husband, and within just two months of very light use, only wearing them on weekends and never in bad weather, the fabric on the heel already developed a hole. I've been a loyal UGG customer for years and have never had an issue like this before. I even used their recommended protection spray, expecting that would help maintain the quality. When I filed a warranty claim, I was hopeful they would stand behind their product, especially given my history with the brand and how minimally these were worn. Unfortunately, my claim was completely denied and labeled as "regular wear and tear," which doesn't align with how little these shoes were actually used. For a brand at this price point, I expected better quality and at least some level of support or understanding. Sadly, this experience has made me reconsider future purchases.

The strap across the back is terrible. I learned this too late as I had already worn the shoes with the strap to the front, but when you try to wear around the back, it's very short, and the velcro strip is not in the right place to be able to extend the strap around the back of the foot comfortable. I have to work to wedge my foot into the clog and inside the strap. Or move the strap to the furthest tip of the velcro where only a small amount is attached to the velco, and it continues to come undone while wearing. Not good manufacturing.

Purchased the black clog. Comfortable but…the black dye on shoe came off on bottom of light colored pants I was wearing???

This is not a clog!!!! There was a picture of a clog when I ordered it & then they shipped this sandal & changed the picture to a sandal on the app.

Looks cute but extremely uncomfortable you can easily hurt yourself if you're not wearing back straps. Also I size up one full size and they were still too small so I had return it.

This shoe was much clunkier than i thought it would be.

This shoe is very sloppy it was the 2nd order made from different locations. It's a sloppy shoe and I wish O had not agreed to dress as a group. I had to wear men's thick socks to keep them on. So it is very disappointing that the reviews only mention it runs short. It's extremely off. I have told everyone that I know do not purchase.

These shoes broke the first time I wore them. The fastener that attaches the strap to the shoe broke. I tried to super glue it twice and it didn't work so I returned them. Not good quality.

For some reason I thought these were fuzzy on the inside (totally my fault). I should have read the description better! But they are so slick on the inside you have to have the strap around the back of your foot.

Bought right before thanksgiving, second time I wore then the strap broke. I bought these because I don't like the original slip ons amd these were very comfortable just poorly made. Will be submitting my form this afternoon to return.

I bought my daughter a size 9 and she usually wears a 8-8.5 and these did not fit her. They were too small. The only way to return them is to drive to Tulalip where the ONLY Ugg store in the entire state of Wa this is 2.5hrs from me.

No revi at the moment. Received the size was to small sent them back and was sold out in the size I needed

Weirdly narrow

I purchased these UGGs with the sizing from my other UGGs and they did not fit. I sent them back, my $20 reward was wasted because the shoes did not fit, and they had run out of the size I needed. Very disappointing.

Uncomfortable on the top of the foot. Not true to size runs small. Returned
