Soft and cozy. This fit perfectly and is a pleasure to wear.

Today this shirt was delivered. While i waited to try on this soft, perfectly fitting shirt with quality buttonholes, I immediately checked all seams, the back yoke joinery, and the sleeves for proper matching of the plaid. In these respects, I have found perfection. Of course the size of the cuffs could not parallel the sleeves enough to line up for anyone, but I am very pleased that they are bilateral in the layout, and the button on each cuff matches in placement on the plaid. Because some other plaid shirts pictured on this site have obviously lacked the care taken in matching plaid on this shirt, I took a chance to order this one, despite slight skepticism. Details were not shown in the photograph, but in person, I find that the matching has been done to perfection! Whew! Please pass my thanks on to the highly qualified person who did such fine work! Because this shirt excels in both quality and fit, I will be able to wear it with pride and comfort. (I would not buy or wear a mismatched plaid.). Thank you, L. L. Bean for buying from a conscientious maker! In answering the weight question below, I do not know the correct answer right now. Whether or not my weight range has changed, the shirt fits perfectly with respectable room. For height, I rounded up to the nearest half inch since no partial increments are allowed.

Normally order petites but didn't have that option here. The small regular fit fine and the colors are beautiful.

This is a great purchase! The manufacturer has matched the plaid fabric at the side seams going around the body of this flannel shirt. Amazing! I would definitely recommend this shirt!

One of my favorite shirts. The fabric is excellent and the overall quality appears good. It's not too tailored but most importantly, it isn't baggy or messy looking. That makes it a versatile piece, nice enough to dress up for work or wear casually. LLB really hit it out of the park with the green plaid---it's beautiful. I have also purchased one other color and am about to get a third one. Please don't stop making this item or cut costs by changing fabric/manufacturing standards. I'd love to see this in a deep brown (espresso) color plaid with pink or purple , as well as in brighter colors.

Love this subtle pattern; on Zoom it could be a blouse. More flattering than the chunky plaids and fits nicely (& even better when washed). I am 5'2" 135 lbs 38D and ordered a medium.

I first bought the Collegiate Blue Heather, thinking it would probably be too heavy versus a typical flannel shirt. OMG is this shirt great! Warm and cozyand roomy, yet still flattering (now sure how they did that). A tank or light tee underneath and it's a light jacket. French-tucked into jeans and it's perfect Fall casual dressy. I first wore it with the sleeves rolled up because the weather was just starting to cool. It was perfect. I've now purchased the Carbon Navy and Dark Pine. With both I thought maybe the colors wouldn't work with my salt and pepper hair, or the shirts might look frumpy, but they are both beautiful! These are not flannels for working in the yard (I mean, you could) they're too pretty! (Oh, and I always buy Petite when available; this wasn't offered in Pet but I haven't had an issue with the sleeve length.)

I love the texture and clearly woven look of this fabric. So soft and well-tailored. It's a nice thick texture, but not as warm as brushed flannel, perfect over a shirt for a fall day. Refined finishing touches demonstrate the quality - thick buttons, embroidered logo at the bottom of the button placket, etc. I love it.

Beautiful colors in the green blue plaid. Also really like the more open weave texture of this flannel l, not traditional but nice!
