Nice shirt except for the hand pockets. The position is awkward. I wouldn't buy it again.

I have been buying corduroy big shirts from LL Bean for years and was pleased to find them online now that I live in CA. I only gave a 4 star rating because the color choices are not very attractive.

I really like the blue color. I'll always wear the shirt open as a jacket over a tee or light sweater. I'm tall with longer arms and the sleeves are too short to wear buttoned. I'll probably turn the cuff back for comfort. I'd prefer a shirt like this with flannel lining but this one will serve my purpose.

This is a lovely weight of a shirt. I actually bought it to wear as a jacket when I travel. It has nice pockets, and the pocket fabric forms a loose "pocket" on the inside, which I kind of like. It fits well and washes well. My only issue (and the reason I didn't give it 5 stars) is that the pockets are BLUE. Why WOULD you put blue pockets on a white shirt?!!

Love the shirt. I ordered a 2x as I do for all your shirts. I use it as a light weight jacket for the cold restaurants. I would not wear it with a heavier shirt would be too tight, in my opinion. I just think it is a bit on the smaller side then your other 2x shirts. 3x would have been too large. So to the ladies ordering think how you are going to wear it.

I have several of these and love them. They fit and hang nicely and are warm. I do wish that the pockets weren't blue, a lighter color or white might be better. Also, I wish they came in black. A little dressy while still casual! These are great for the Pacific Northwest weather!

Item was just not broad enough in the shoulders for me and corduroy does not give. I swim, kayak and am naturally broad. Beautiful and fit everywhere else, just needed a bit more room across the shoulders. Had to return.

When I saw this was on sale, I double checked the size of my other comfort cord shirts so I could order the same, and placed the order. I like these as overshirts, more like jackets for cool days, so I like them a bit roomy. You know, comfy and easy to wear over another shirt. I will be exchanging the new version that is my standard L for an XL because the sleeve width is narrower than the earlier models; the shirt doesn't slide on and off as easily over other tops. It isn't a huge difference, but noticeable enough that I want the larger size, especially since there could be some shrinkage. I haven't decided how I feel about the pockets (my older models don't have pockets), but I wanted the cheery blue for spring, so I will just go with the larger size.

PXL was right for me. Not very thick or soft but decent for the price. Even the petite arms are a bit long. Navy is a good color for me and for spanning looks and seasons.

Beautiful color- soft fabric I wish Bean's would list sleeve length. I ordered large regular to ensure sleeves would be long enough but the medium would have fit better around. Being tall and thin is challenging to find the proper fit.

This is at least my third relaxed fit corduroy shirt purchased over the years. The pockets were a great addition. I love the peach color and the soft, generous fit. This one seems a little more boxy and the bottom hem is quite wide and a bit bulky, but I will still enjoy its comfort.

Color (turquoise ) was vibrant and beautiful. Fit was right true to size . Very comfortable! Plenty of room to move in arms . Some womens shirts are too tight in arms . This is not . Very comfortable. Button cuff at wrist could be a little looser . But over all its a very well made comfortable shirt .

Color a bit deceiving. It is golder than pictured. I would prefer closer to brown hues than yellowish-gold. The fit is good and love the side pockets.

Very comfortable but the fit is different from my old ones from you, these tend to run snugger. would love more color options

I had an older version of this shirt that was so beloved, but so threadbare. The new one is fine, but I don't like it quite as well...it is a bit thicker/heavier, and those weird pockets on the side with the gappy fabric inside, add unnecessary bulk for me.

I have more than one corduroy shirt from LL Bean and like them very much. This latest one, however, runs a little bit smaller than the other two I have. It fits but I like them a little roomier. Otherwise, LL Bean corduroy shirts are great.

I typically LOVE this corduroy shirt and have one in almost every color. I HATE the inside pockets on this new one, they are very cheaply made and a totally different color than the shirt. It cheapens the L.L. Bean brand that over the years has meant QUALITY, but not anymore with these cheap pockets.. If they were the same color as the shirt it wouldn't be as noticeable.

Jury is still out on this new version. The pockets make this even more of a jacket. I bought 2 of these a month apart. One to replace an old one with a bleach stain & rip in the corduroy, the other for the color I don't already own, lol. The pocket is in the side seam so you reach back for it. I buy the L or XL depending on how many layers I'm thinking I might want to wear it with. In the dead of winter I often wear it with an old LLBean Norwegian wool sweater underneath, plus turtleneck & silk long john's top. I'm thinking these new shirts might get worn more as jackets in the spring and fall instead of fall, winter & spring as a layer of daily attire. The extra pockets -you can use the inside, between the pocket material & the corduroy as a pocket, and the side seam pocket to stuff all kinds of things

This shirt is soft and warm. The pockets aren't convenient unless you are standing. Love the roomy fit.

Love the salmon color. Bit baggy, but I like my big shirts to have a loose fit that falls over my hips. Like the pockets, although blue denim was a strange color choice (why not choose a matching color?)

I love these shirts and have 6 of them. I especially like the new style with the pockets. My only complaint is the workmanship on the one I just received is not up to the usual LLBean standard of excellence. There is a very visible wrinkle in the bottom hem that does not wash or iron out. Someone was sleeping in the Quality Control department.

Fits perfectly! I am size 6 petite! I love the color and the quality. Perfect for layering. I usually wear a light sweater and comfortable tee. Great for me in Ca. our temperature -60-75.
