I've wanted one of these for years, but the hickory color and the new jacket style with side pockets tipped the scales for me. Love it. Nice substantial but soft fabric, washes well, no shrinkage, great fit for me. This will get tons of wear. Just right.

So cozy and the color is great. Bought a size up so I could wear it over another shirt. Perfect as a light jacket or over a T shirt.

Terrific as a light jacket or for layering in generallove the color !

I own several of these wonderful, comfortable shirts. My one request..and I've asked others if they thought they'd like this, too..is to make a purple or plum color option. We hope L.L. Bean will!

Love this shirt. Just what I wanted in a warmer shirt, to wear on cooler days. Will be good as well during the winter when the house feels a little chilly. Wearing this shirt as a second layer.

Little tight across shoulders and slightly boxy shape but nice overall. Love the color! Again, used to wearing sweat suit a lot. Ordered regular medium. Would have been too big in large thru midsection. Gonna let out vents a bit at bottom side seams to relax fit at hips. Happy overall.

Great fit and very comfortable. Hits at just the right spot - to cover butt.

These are the most comfortable shirts and now they have added roomy side pockets.

Corduroy shirt jacket is a perfect fall layer to combine the best of soft corduroy, jacket styling, comfy shirt, but with pockets!

It's comfy; side pockets I didn't expect. Actually I wanted to replace my LLBean women's Big Shirt, heavier cloth, which I've had so long it's wearing thin, but you don't offer it anymore. Please bring it back.

I bought this shirt to wear over a base layer at home on chilly days. It has a relaxed, but not boxy, fit. I am 5'5, 140 lbs. and the small fits perfectly. The weight is just right, not too heavy, but substantial enough to add warmth. The corduroy is soft, so the shirt moves with you. It is well made, with quality construction and fabric. I am very pleased with this shirt, and highly recommend it.

This is the 4th corduroy shirt I have bought. Great for every season!

These corduroy shirts are terrific for middle range weather - they are unlined, and I use them in air conditioned spaces, in stores, etc. I have quite a few colors - but this is the first time LL Bean has offered a chocolate brown, and I grabbed it immediately. They fir comfortably and are not super-fitted, which is the point.

Very nice quality and style., fits perfectly and will be able to wear a vest underneath!

this is a wonderful staple piece to take you from fall through to spring. soft corduroy with pockets. great classic lines to wear as an outer layer as well as a shirt.

Ordered my regular size, and am still able to layer shirts underneath. So comfy and cute! Love that it's made of 100% cotton!

Love this corduroy jacket! It is not heavy yet cozy. I've received many compliments on it, especially the color (soft pink).

i bought first the adobe rose and the sea grass and will wear each as a light jacket. They are long enough to cover one's derriere which I love! It is too hot to wear them now where I am , but I am looking forward to fall ,.The sea grass is a lovely shade of green for a warm complexion and the material is nice and soft with well placed pockets . This for me is a perfedt shirt/jacket !

I bought 3, two medium one large. I wear over sweaters and like a loose fit. For reference I'm 5'6" 137 lbs. I prefer the medium as these are generously sized and could probably even wear the small. My daughter loves hers also. They are soft and I get many compliments. Pockets hold everything. Glasses, phone etc. They are a favorite in my closet.

This is the second shirt like this that I've purchased. I like them because they don't shrink, pill up, or fade at all. The shirt is roomy enough to wear a t-shirt under it and is warm enough to wear on cool, breezy Fall days. Sleeves are a good length and don't ride up or pull with movement.

I own a pink comfort corduroy shirt that I have loved and used for many years and recently I decided I needed some blue ones. So I bought a light blue one and a darker blue one. They are just the right degree of warmth and comfort for cool Maine evenings. My daughter who lives in Minnesota admired the darker blue one and so I bought her one for her birthday. I am a fan!

This is similar to the old corduroy shirt jackets, but what I love about this one it has hand pockets at the hip! I wanted a natural / neutral color to wear with my color pallet (oranges, browns, aquas) and this "Saddle" color is quite rich and will do nicely. I know from previous orders these run large, so I got an XS (5'4" / 117lb / slender) and it fits well with room to wear over a sweater. Still too warm outside to wear so can attest to its warmth or wearability. Should be a perfect weight for chilly days in late fall/early winter and spring.

I have several of these from years ago. Finally bought another because of the Dark Cinder . I bought my same size - Petite Small, and it fits the same. I'm 5 feet, 140lbs. I usually wear PM or RM, if I can't get Petite, but with relaxed fit I go with PS. With the shirt buttoned over a long-sleeve shirt, it's still comfortable and I can move easily. My shoulders are kind of broad, medium-chest. My hips are narrow, so there's still room in that area, even buttoned. Dark Cinder is great is you are an Autumn, like I am! It's a little lighter than my Brown Umber swatch, but a little darker than my Desert Brown swatch. Good basic color that will go with a lot! ***POCKETS AT WAIST - MINE HAVE THE SAME CORDUROY AS THE SHIRT FACING OUT, BUT THE LINING OF THE POCKETS IS STILL BLUE. SO THE INSIDE POCKETS ARE DOUBLE-FACED (I BELIEVE IS THE DESCRIPTION). SO YOU DON'T SEE THE BLUE, JUST THE BROWN CORDUROY.
