This coat came yesterday and I tried it on and while it's a wee bit snug in my middle section I can work on that but the arms were tight and I ordered an extra large so I just sent it back and I'm going up to 1X and if that is still tight in the arms then I will give up completely. I was so looking forward to this for the cold mornings when I walk my dog. And I guess I should add that I would normally order a large but I went up to the extra large so while I'm hopeful the One X will work I'm not counting on it.

I was so excited to get this coat. I got the Mauve, and I've been shopping LL Bean for 25 years and am always a Size Petite Small. When I opened the package and saw the color, I was disappointed it's ugly. When I tried it on and zipped it up, it barely fit over my lightweight top so imagine when I wear something heavier. I don't like my coats being snug, so this had to go back. I ordered the medium in the Ice green. We'll see what that looks and feels like.

The coat was exactly what I was looking for, however, it wasn't true to size. I normally wear a 2X in clothes (size 20/22) but I wanted my coat to be a little roomy, so I ordered a 3X. I couldn't even zip the coat up, it was too tight. Especially in the arms, where I normally have no problems with jackets/coats. Unfortunately, I had to return it. On the bright side, the refund came fairly quickly.

Not as expected color was not good for me. Also the fleece was not the quality I expected.

I do like this coat but it isn't black like I thought, it's more a coffee color.

Even though the jacket looks and feels very nice, it runs small. Sadly, I had to return it.

Loved the style and color, but the fabric was too stiff and uncomfortable. I sent it back.

Not nearly as pretty as the white polar tech jacket I ordered years ago and it was stolen from me, but I suppose it will have to do. It's warm, and I had to reorder a size larger than normal.

Too short in the sleeves; not comfortable at all. I was expecting this to be my new FAVORITE--so sad!

Coat is longer in the back than the front. I don't think that is part of the description. Fleece is thinner than expected. Sadly, I returned the coat.

This coat is very cute. However, it is not a warm coat at all, especially on a windy day. The wind goes through the sleeves and even the hood. You cannot wear this if the weather is below 40 and windy.

I purchased this coat and it's a bit small in the sleeves and chest, but large everywhere else. It's more of a 40+ degree weather jacket with no wind. It was in the 40s this week with wind and it went right through the jacket and I was super cold. I live in VA so most winter days this would work fine, but do wish it was a little warmer. As a fellow midwesterner, I don't recommend this if you live there as a winter coat.

Took off tags then after realized it was just ok not the most attractive. (Unable to return now )

Cozy fabric but I ordered cream and the solor looks more like a dingy white. Also I'm 5'4 and the length of the body was too long through the torso so didn't hang properly on me.

Gave as a gift to my sister, who isn't too picky. Pros: Good colores, length, hood. Cons: not as soft as it looks, no way to cinch at the waist - that would be so helpful and make it more attractive.

I just sent the jacket back. Unhappy with the rough fabric, fit was unflattering.

Run on smaller side, although it is suppose to be more form fitting. Whats more irritating is they have very few brick and mortar stores and when things dont fit you are forced to pay return shipping.

I like the coat. The sleeves seem a bit short. The fit is a tad wider than I expected. Also the material holds the "outside" smell. It's cute and I'm keeping it.

I am 5'1" and 140 lbs. and ordered a petite M. It was so small I could not zip it and it was incredibly tight under the arms. My 135 lb 20 year old who is tiny also had a super tight fit under the arms. I might try ordering a Large, but I have never needed a coat in a L. I would want to wear normal winter layers under it, so I am skeptical about a L working.

I liked the aqua with brown trim but felt the shagginess would look ratty in a short period of time unlessI I brushed it regularly.

A thought the fit is perfect I would not call this a coat, I would say it's a jacket. The zipper does not line up right and has gotten stuck three times already in less than a month. Also it's not nearly as long as shown in the picture. Please sell this as a jacket, not a COAT.

This runs very big, it's more of a boxy appearance than anything. It's soft and warm and I would love it if it wasn't so big.

I really wanted to love this coat because its very cute and cut nicely. I purchased this last year and have hardly worn it because its just not that comfortable. I wish it had soft fleece on the inside like the outside. Also I wish it came in a tall because the arms are very short, not just short, VERY short. Its cute and warm enough, just not as good as it could have been.

The extra large fits well. I usually wear a large. Now to see how warm it is in 30 degrees.
