I am so happy with warmth and comfort this parka provides. All of a sudden winter has arrived and I am all prepared with this coat!

Felt like slipping on a down sleeping bag, warm and cuddly. I appreciate that LLBean offers Petite sizes, makes all the difference for fit and comfort. Many features as listed on the website. I like the snaps for quick closing of the front of the coat, the hood is handy but seems to fit low in the front, might be good for blizzard conditions however. If outside for an extended time, I probably would add an extra sweater to assist the down in keeping me warm. Great coat, would recommend to others.

The coat is warm and light despite being a bit bulky. For all the people complaining about the pockets - there's TWO layers of pockets! The outer pocket has a second zippered pocket within it! I think people just aren't looking? It's actually such a smart design, because the outer pocket looks fashionable, but you still have the zippered pocket inside of it to keep your keys, wallet, phone safe. We wore our coats hiking glaciers in Iceland all last week and were very happy in the frigid weather!

Well made, true to size, I like the color black because it doesn't show the dirt.

I wasn't sure how warm this coat would be as it wasn't super bulky. It is wonderfully warm and cozy. It also has a draw string to cinch the waist in a bit for shaping. Love the blue color.

I purchased this down parka in Hickory size Petite Small. I am 5'1" and 115 lbs. Its is a little roomy, but I think I will love that with a sweater on underneath. I love the rich color and the arms fit nicely. Thank you L.L.Bean for carrying petite outerwear. I absolutely hate feeling small in normal coats that cover my hands. My favorite feature just trying it on is the cinch waist inside and the ability to adjust the wrist size. This coat will be much appreciated this winter!

Beautiful coat. warm and stylish. purchased a small regular, had to return for small petite since sleeves were extra long. Only thing I don't like are the pockets. They close with a snap instead of a zipper.

Love the fit and quality of the material. Like that it snaps and zippers for the front close and cuffs are adjustable. Very warm!

I absolutely love everything about this parka. I am 5'4" and the length does hit at my mid-thigh. I got the size small (regular size 4 in clothing) and I love that it gives me a little extra space underneath for layers when needed. A very comfortable winter jacket that I'm excited to keep for years to come!

Excellent warm Parka. Love to walk during storms & this coat keeps you warm & cozy. Great easy snap off hood plus hidden zipped pockets that fits cell phone & wallet. Then another mitten section to keep your hsnds warm too. It's already my favorite coat that get used every cold winter day.

I'm trying to shop more within my color palette. As a summer it's hard to find stuff that's not black or white. This navy looks really pretty. I will say I am quite slender but have had 3 kids so my waistline is generally bigger so I usually get size small. I wanted a jacket I could layer underneath. I think I could have gone down to an XS bc the sleeves are so long and it's quite big but I think it will be good with many layers. It's quite warm but we are in south Texas so it's good for those rare super cold days we get. 5'6" 120 lbs
