The robe is very plush and warm but I was kinda disappointed that the zipper was not neatly put in.

The plush robe is very warm and I especially like the full zip front. I originally order the med, but when I received it I found that the sleeves were a little short for my longer arms, so I reordered the large size and I'm happy with that. I;m still waiting for my refund for the first one that I returned when the bigger one arrived. I sent it back via USPS because the post office is much closer then the UPS store, but I'm finding out that the post office moves much slower than UPS>

Luxuriously soft and cozy. Sleeves and length were quite long for my petite daughter who is 5'1" tall. Returned.

The zipper is a little scratchy. It is very warm and soft. It is plenty long for my 5'5" height.

Such a beautiful fabric without being bulky. Took a star because as other reviewers have stated, the cuffs leave a lot to be desired. Very poorly finished. I'd have preferred no faux shearling.

Runs big.. I have returned it. Was very soft but too heavy for my needs.

I am so happy to have a robe that zips down the front rather than ties. The fabric is really, really soft. The fleece may have been added for warmth? But it is bulky and gets in the way. I cut it off the sleeves, but can't remove it from the collar without help from a seamstress. Oh, also, the binding inside is a bit scratchy.

This robe is really soft and warm. When you put it on, you don't have to wait for your body to warm it up. It's instantly warm. Two things that I disliked about it, though: I ordered an XS but it looks like a medium! Very roomy but I can ignore that because I like the feel of it. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because I would have liked it to be ankle length. As it is, it comes to about 5 inches above my ankles. I am 5'7", and when I am walking around with it on, my ankles tend to get cold. Take some material out of the width and put it on the bottom!

I am a freeze-body. The zipper is easy to use and because it zips all the way to the top it keeps my neck warm, unlike ties which leave the neck open.

Beautiful plush robe. The zipper is good quality and the fit is loose and comfortable. It "sheds" a lot and pills after washing.

This robe is very warm but it won't make you look slim and trim. The white fluffy trim at the sleeves really does not fold back neatly but actually a longer sleeve is better for me. Full length zipper works smoothly.

Most soft/plush/velvety robes are soft on the outside but have liner material that is not of the same softness. Happily, this robe is an exception -- it is soft both inside and out. It is also very good at keeping out the chills, even when I'm cold before I wear it. My kitties love sleeping on it when I'm not wearing it. The only reason it doesn't get five stars is that it doesn't come in plus sizes. The XL fits, but cannot be worn over anything heavier than a t-shirt nightgown. Even 1X would be welcome.

Runs WAY SMALL. I am a medium and wanted it to be big so I could curl up in it. I ordered an XL and it just fits. And its short. Only comes mid calf. And pricey. I have another robe that is just as plush and it cost half the price. Other than that it is as it was described...wicked plush, comfy and warm!!!

I bought this robe couple of months ago and the robe loop came undone on one side. I do a ton of shopping with LLBean and have never had this happen. This is my 4th robe and the last 3 have held up to continuous use. The robe is beautiful but I am disappointed.

Mine i got for christmas and wasn't thrilled with the fit and in the pics it shows them to be shorter than mine was, I don't care for the fold up sleeve collar, found that to be pretty messy when trying to do anything around the house honestly, was a gift but if i purchased this one i would have returned it personally!

I love the feel and warmth of the robe, but the zipper is cheap and not sewn on properly. I'm concerned that it won't last more than a couple months.

I just received this robe as a Christmas gift and I've been wanting if for sometime now. The warmth and coziness does not disappoint BUT, the zipper is cheap and terrible. Ive only been able to get thr robe to zip one time. Kinda defeats the whole purpose. This didn't the first LLbean item I've received with terrible zippers! Please get better zippers. Your stuff is too expensive to not have clothes work properly

soft and warm, but it sheds like crazy when you wash it and for weeks after. i would say its pretty much ruined whatever i washed with it or whatever i'm wearing underneath. sad given that this is relatively pricey.

So soft, warm, and snuggly. I would probably have given it 5 starsBut what would possess you to put a left-handed zipper on it? All my other Bean robes have had Right-handed zippers. Every time I put this one on it drives me nuts. Great robe, poor construction choice.

This garment was a lighter weight material than I expected for $100.

I will be returning the robe. It is very warm and soft. I love that zips and is long. What I don't like is the bulky cuff on the sleeves and the fleece on the inside of the collar. The collar is too hot for me, I am sure someone living further north will love it. I want to be warm but the collar would make me roast. I am beginning to think the robe I have had for 15 years or so doesn't exist anymore to buy.

Didn't fit well and actually too warm to be comfortable unless you're in a space really cool, temperature wise. e keep our house at 66 in the evening and robe was uncomfortable. I'd buy more from Bean except for two reasons - no return shipping included so we paid $6.50 to try something on and too many logos on their clothes. I don't want to advertise Bean (or any other manufacturer for that matter) and one doesn't have a choice.

I ordered the same size robe as my older LLBean robe. But this robe was cut smaller and shorter than my older LL Bean robe. Now I must pay to send it back and start over to order a new one.:((
