I love these pants! I bought 3 pair of the long and 3 pair of the crop. In my opinion they are the best summertime pant I've ever had. They fit well...slightly loose but not so much that they are baggy. Plus they have the tie on the side, so you can pull the hem in and shorten them if you want, and that looks cute too. They are SO COMFORTABLE in warm weather, even the long version. The fabric is so light and airy. Washing and drying is a breeze. They practically come out of the washer dried. These could also be dressed up a bit, if you are traveling and don't want to take too many clothes. Obviously not for a black tie dinner, but with a prettier t shirt or blouse, they definitely could go to a nicer restaurant. I can't say enough about the quality, which of course LL Bean never disappoints in this way. If you are looking for a quality, well made, nice looking, comfortable summer pant, BUY THESE!

Initially purchased these for a "once in a lifetime" Safari trip. Loved them. On return, purchased them in even more colors, and (almost) perfect in every way - looks, fit, material, washability, easy for packing. Only complaint is that I wish the elasticized ties were internal. You're sort of stuck with "what do I do with these things?' if you're not a shirt tucker.

If you want totally comfortable, activity-friendly lightweight summer slacks, these are the ones! I also love the side zip pockets to secure your belongings. They breathe and do not inhibit your mobility in any way--nothing binds and the waist is adjustable.

I love these pants. Wear them as much as possible. Can dress them up a little for work, wear them around the house, wear them to yoga. In love!!! Only complaint is they're a little bit long, but doesn't get in the way or anything.

I bought these pants to wear for cycling (with a gel liner) to keep the sun off my legs while staying cool. They're great for this - light enough for summer, and the drawstring around the ankle keeps them from catching in the bike. But they're so comfortable that I wear them all the time. I'm planning to buy more of them. The only issue was the size, because I ordered M initially and they were way too big. Even the S is a bit big but I like the roominess. Didn't really appreciate paying the return postage, though, since there was no indication that they run big.

These Vista Camp pants are perfect for traveling internationally. They pack light and compact, they can wash and dry overnight, and they are cool in tropical climates. I bought a pair in every color. I just love their comfort and quality.

I am a dog walker and I needed a pair of pants that were comfortable, plenty of pockets, stretch, breathable and a good fit. These pant are perfect I love them they are perfect for anything outdoors and they fit great.

I first ordered these pants in graphite. I loved the fit and the way they looked. I needed to turn a cuff on them they run a little long.. The graphite color was perfect very neutral. Looks great with blues and light grays. I was so pleased with them that I ordered a second pair in toasted almond. It fits exactly the way the graphite fit. The color is closer to muted cocoa. Looks great with a brown turtleneck as well as an orange tee shirt. My only disappoint is I would have liked to cinch the ankles with the pull, however, the pants are too long for it to look right, and the pull sticks out when it is knotted. This minor thing does not prevent me from giving the pants a 5 star review.

I am 67 years old and "comfort" is extremely important in the clothes I purchase. I own 3 pairs of the vista camp pants and 4 pairs of the cropped version. They are comfortable, and are a great fit. They are my " go to pants".......i can dress they up or down which is why i always take them when i travel. Light weight and easy to pack ....wash them and dry... they are ready to wear. Always looking good!

I love theses pants for hiking, traveling, walking-- they have lots of pockets are lightweight & are so comfortable. Bought 3 pairs, Usually I get a med petite but the reviews said order a size smaller so I ordered the small & they fit great.

Comfortable waist doesn't bind, loose in legs, great lower/side pockets.

Comfortable fit, very lightweight fabric (wrinkles easily when packed, but the wrinkles fall out as you wear them), feels cool in hot weather. I like the elastic hemline option when hiking to keep out weeds and ticks. Wash and dry quickly.

I love these pants! I bought medium petite because I wanted a looser fit. I will be hiking soon and these will be great. Love the pockets. I am an older lady and want pants loose especially in this type of fabric. If you want a tighter fit then go for smaller size. perfect length and can use ties at bottom to wear with boots.

I bought these pants for a trip to Utah and love them. They are lightweight and very comfortable. Definitely recommend.

I've never before owned a garment of this material and targeted style. I'm having fun with the vista pants and have two because I liked the one so well. I enjoy them indoors and out. Maintenance is easy: into the washing machine and dryer and then ready to wear.

They are so comfortable that they are getting a lot of wear.

I ordered this product for my wife - she absolutely loves it. Perfect size, and she wears it everywhere. She keeps remarking to me how nice the pants are - and she's pretty picky - so, that will tell you that it's a quality product.

Took two pairs (black and granite) hiking to the five national parks in Utah. They were extremely comfortable and cool and also flattering. Very durable as I sometimes descended on spots in tricky trails on my behind. No issues with that process or the knees. Have a feeling it will be awhile before I have to think about ordering replacements.

I wore these for the first time the other day and they were so lightweight and comfortable that I am looking to purchase the Capri version of them. It was rather raw and rainy but I wasn't even cold. Wish all my pants fit this well . Good job LL Bean.

You cant go wrong with these pants.

I bought these pants for golfing and have worn them a couple of times. They're very comfortable. They helped keep out the wind. I like all of the pockets, especially when I'm golfing. I'm intending on bringing them on a trip to Europe in the late summer as they are very packable and comfortable.

I work in an office and wear these every day. They are beyond comfortable and cool in the summertime. Pockets (two zippers) for days! I also travel with these pants on the plane. This lets me have no worries about anything falling out or even carrying a carry on. Elastic waistband fits my larger frame (regularly size 20). XL fits me well.

These pants are lightweight and very comfortable. They were a little big, but the waist is adjustable so not a big deal. I got rained on pretty heavy and they dried quickly. There are plenty of pockets so you can pretty much hike hands free. I love them and they were well worth the money. I'll be getting another pair in a different color for sure!
