HORRIBLE SHOE!. I had great difficulty getting my foot into this and when I finally did, I felt ZERO cushion. I ordered my regular size in Wide. A lot of money for this shoe; would not recommend. I am not very happy right now w/Zappos either. The first shipment for this was lost via Amazon logistics who claimed they put the item in a "safe place", -- no delivery picture, etc. Zappos has no means of tracking Amazon TBA's which to me is totally unacceptable. No worries, they said, so they sent a replacement and now I'm dealing w/getting my visa refunded from the original charge. Their KY warehouse has had my return 4 days now and Zappos said to wait another 10 days-2 weeks for refund. I don't think so, . I neither have the patience for this and have contacted my banking institution for disputing this charge --- this whole exercise has not been a good experience!

You sent me two shoes for the right foot!!!!
