I moved to South Dakota from the south, boy is it cold here! But I am thankful to have found Smartwool products. This top is great to wear indoors, and outdoors as a base layer. I love it.

We needed a warm, light-weight shirt. This is exactly what we wanted and the fit is perfect.

I own a number of the Classic All Season merino long sleeve tops - and wear them everywhere. I was excited to see the new carnival color and loved the look in the package when it came. But when I put it on . so disappointing that you can see right through and much thinner appearing than prior shirts. (I compared my others to it!) It is unwearable in my perspective and my personal taste without a tank under it, and would be hard to now consider as "all season".

Great fit, warm, soft and toasty.

Ordered with a gift card. Wanted a different size but Smartwool doesn't do exchanges, only return / refund / repurchase. That's hard to do when the credit goes back to the person who purchased the gift card. Gave up and am keeping the original purchase but won't be able to wear it as originally planned.

Love! Though the "natural" is a bit more yellow than I expected, but I'm wearing it under sweaters as a base layer so I don't really care. The warmth and quality of Smartwool never fails me.

love it! perfect weight for a base layer and the color is beautiful. I can wear my smart wool top for days and it must be stink proof! my favorite base layer for backpacking in the arctic during summer. I have 3 of these in different colors.

Smartwool is the best base layer out there!!

I love these shirts, and wear them all winter long. But every one I've owned has worn through on the elbows within a few months. So disappointing because otherwise they are great.

I'm a Smartwool fanatic to say the least! I wear the socks, underpants, base layers, and tops year round. I love the Merino All-Season as the fit is often perfect - contours nicely without being too tight - and the fabric is breathable. One downside to all the Smartwool products that I hope Smartwool will begin addressing: the fabric could be more durable. We find tiny little holes in the shirt sleeves within a few wears and the sock toes wear quickly.

Working at home

This is the perfect piece for a California fall and winter. I layer it under dresses and sweaters, and also wear it alone with jeans. I'll probably buy a spare!

In comparison to my smartwool sport 150 short sleeve tops (2021-22), this one does not come close to it with respect to odor resistance. Soft, quick dry, good long length & the sleeves. Not certain if I could recommend it, only because odor resistance is coming up short. I'm debating whether to take it on my 10 day hike.

I love this base layer because it's lightweight and very versatile. I gave it 3 stars because the stitching on the sleeves seems to be unraveling, even before it was washed. I washed it on a delicate cycle in a mesh lingerie bag to prevent more unraveling, however I am disappointed in the lack of durability. I have many of the thermal merino base layer tops that are incredibly durable.
