Solid base layer - not for super cold days, but I can see using this on cool camping nights in summer. Perfect for shoulder seasons (for New England's climate).

Great top, warm and comfy and fits nicely. Wish it resisted the exercise funk as well as my other wool clothing does though! This one I've been washing every other wear.

This is my first Smartwool purchase. I use it under a vest or alone when it is chilly at home. I'm thinking about getting another color!

This will be my baselayer top to sleep in on the JMT. It's nice and light but warm and dumps heat when necessary. I love all my Smartwool tops and am excited to try the thinner shirt for this trip. Smartwool generally does feel like a second skin once I have it on.

I really want to like this but it is just too long. I'm 5'2 and it comes down far below my hips- not a great look. I had a taller friend try it on and it was still on the long side. I wish you made petites or made kids clothing larger than size 10/12. I will return this top.

A must have, not so sure I like the merino wool and nylon blend. Not as cozy as 100% wool. Plus side though, nice that new blend doesn't pill up and holds it's shape better after washing.

I live in Central CA and wear my Base Layer shirts every day. The temperature can go from morning cold to warm afternoons. I am extremely comfortable during these months while walking in the early morning or just resting at home. It almost feels like a natural extra layer on your body! I recently recommended 3 friends to order base layer shirts and they too LOVE them. Oh and the neckline for women fits so great. No tightness around the neck and a nice lower scoop neck . Perfecto

Good for wearing underneath. A bit to thin than I thought but still warm enough and comfortable.

Good shirt for layering. I wore it under a heavier wool thermal and felt ok in mid 40 degree weather. I'm 5'2" and 120 lbs. XS fit perfectly. I took one star off because the side tag (just above your left hip) is incredibly itchy.

A solid piece but a bit expensive for an "all-season" this item will have to be worn under something else as it is too thin for modesty. I would not be able to wear it alone, with or without a bra, as you will be able to see both. It fits well and was comfortable. I noticed no difference with other long sleeve shirts regarding odor resistance, I wore it for 24 hors while traveling and could smell it.

Bought this as a thin base layer for snow sports. I get hot so I thought the thin layer would be good for me. It kept me warm. It if I thought about it I felt itchy. It's not soft at all. Whoever says it's soft has never worn something soft. I thought it would soft and itch free like the mid weight base layer I purchased for my daughter last year.

This shirt is thin but sturdy to layer. My only complaint is the neck line could be more snug to the base of the neck.

Lightweight long sleeve top. Cute and fitted look! Not as stretchy as some other smartwool tops. #sweepstakes

Too thin. I bought one the shirt from Smartwool around 20 years at sporty store when Ute as closing and I bought at $20 knot. 100% wool nice quality thicker shirt. How it's made and material amazing. Nothing compares to what I got this time around and so much expensive very thin shirt and how it's made is much difference. I like that shirt and it's still like new. But this thin shirt looks like something I could purchase at Costco at $20 I just recently got 109% merino wool short at Costco and was exactly thin like this shirt and coat me $18! I will keep it because I already wear it but very disappointed in quality glad that I bought on sale thou. If at full price I would probably return it.
