lightweight and warm

This is my first merino wool top and it won't be my last. It's soft, comfortable and was on sale. Very happy with this product.

Comfy all day-Used while traveling, to layer. Had 3 smartwool layers-short sleeve, 1/4 zip, and front zip hoodie sweater. Worked like a charm to keep warm at 50 degrees and off a layer when warmer, tied around waist. These 3 items are essential for travel

Originally wasn't looking for ab1/4 zip layer option but glad I purchased, and at a reduced price! Comfortable out of the bag and since it is all season, it might be more of a go to in a slightly warmer climate. Nice to have options when traveling.

I love this so much I got one more. It's warm for temps 50 and up. If you hike in 50 to 60 degrees it's perfect.

I bought this to wear for work. Since it's wool I can wear it year round! I love the fit. I think it's flattering and can work for a professional or casual setting

Perfect item for a trip that includes varied weather conditions. I sized up one size which was ideal for layering over a shirt or under a jacket or both. Very comfortable. Can dress down, or dress up with a scarf.

Coastal hike that was chilly at the beginning and warm at the end. I was comfortable the entire time! I am 5'4" 135 lbs and the medium was perfect.

Love these - I wear them as shirts on their own because I live in a warm climate. They are comfortable, moisture-wicking, and long lasting. I have both the 1/4 zip and crew neck versions.

Really cozy fabric and the color I chose is beautiful and rich. Even though these fit true to size, I like to order up for a more relaxed fit. I see myself wearing this all the time.

Love this 1/4 zip base layer. This is my second as the first is holding up well. Allows me to cool or warm myself as needed with the zipper. The fabric weight is ideal as it will warm on cool mornings and remain comfortable as the day warms up. Also, it works well under layers to add that extra bit of insulation.

Nice light-weight 1/4 zip. Comfortable, fitted without being too snug. This one is a lighter denier than my other SmartWool quarter-zips. Perfect for layering in the spring/fall seasons.

Bought this for my international and domestic travel with a backpack. It's 88% merino wool and 12% nylon perfect for any weather. I use as base layer in cold climate and as an over layer or just primary layer for sun protection in warm climate. The merino wool is antimicrobial, breathable, light, and non-itchy. Pricy but worth it.

Use as a base layer for hiking, camping, skiing. Great fit and great material. Length is perfect for taller girls!

So soft! Perfect weight for a mild day. I sized up to a small simply for comfort. Works great for lounging and I also throw it on after hot yoga. I haven't washed it yet, and it still doesn't smell at all!
