Just one complainer wearing 10 days- the side pockets are too shallow for an iPhone. Mine has fallen from my pocket getting in and out of cars .

The sweatshirt has a really nice cut and the snap front makes it look dressier. I originally purchased an x large but it was quite big, so i returned it and ordered a large for my husband, which was a better fit. As the weather gets colder it will become a favorite go to extra layer for the Michigan winter.

The sweatshirt was comfortable worn over a button-front shirt. It was warm enough for cool temperatures. A key feature for my husband was the size and placement of pockets for phone, etc. The only less than perfect feature was snaps that are a bit difficult to snap shut. Overall, a nice neat looking, comfortable jacket.

Love the material. Very soft. Love the style. But it's so long it's like a dress.

Have purchased male clothing for me before. I am a 5'7" female weighing 162 lbs. This was more tunic length than I wanted. I liked the snaps.

Seams on pockets broke after 1 wash, clerk was not pleased at return, stating "I don't see how that can happen as a manufacturing defect". Not great experience, but overall quality of LL bean is always so good we are still loyal customers.

I love this shirt, however the material is not strong enough for the snap - it tore right off the material. The shirt is only a few months old and I have only unsnapped the pocket a few times. I wanted to return it but it is no longer available in anything but an XXX-Large. I guess I will continue to wear it with the torn pocket. :(

Had to return this because it looks more like a lab coat with how long it is. Too bad, because I like everything about it otherwise.

Very nice material and finish but the clothing is oversized. I purchased a medium and the the chest measured 46". 38-40" is usually a medium. I had to return because garment was way to wide and loose on me.

Your sizing is absurdXL is somehow a size too big while you large is 2 sizes to small. I just don't get it

The fit was perfect, nicely styled, soft and warm. Might buy another to lounge in. The bad news, wore it probably 5 or 6 times, never washed, and discovered a couple of frays in the fabric between the quilts. You usually know when you "snagged yourself", and that is your bad. Never did that, or felt that. Like I said, loved it, but don't expect to wear it except to lounge in, or out for a casual dinner.

The pocket openings are far back on the sides, making them difficult to access. They are shallow, not making use of several inches of available space, so they barely fit my hand. Finally, the opening is practically a square, leaving no edge at the bottom to prevent objects from falling or sliding out as you move about -- such as an expensive phone.

Got this as a gift, and I love the feel and material, but it's way too long. I'm 6'2" 175 and this jacket falls mid-thigh. Must be designed for someone with a big gut. Bean should have a Big Medium Tall and a Regular Medium Tall. I've always worn MT, but this thing's a tent.

Thinner than I thought. I guess that I assumed it would be heavier than it is. Good for early autumn or late spring weather. I have another one that is heavier and padded.

Ordered this sweatshirt. Sizing was fine as usual. But just didn't like how it looked on me. Returned it. You'll have to decide how it looks on you.

I bought the XL. It is too large. I ordered this style after buying the quilted sweatshirt with the mockkneck, which fit much better in the XL. It looks and fits great. One difference is the mockneck sweatshirt has a ragland sleeve and the snap over-shirt does not. I do recommend LL Bean products. I had to give 2 stars only because of the fit; the material and workmanship is fine. This is the first time I've had something be way too large - possibly it was miss-marked as an XL and should have been an XXL.

The material is so thin and not worth the price. I ordered a men's tall for my husband who is 6 4'' and it came extremely long, it looked like a long cardigan

This shirt is made for tall over weight men. I'm 6'6" 230 pds my chest is 48" waist 34" not 50". The shirt fit in my chest area the waist area was loose like a blanket!!! I would only recommend this shirt for overweight people.
