Nice shirt/jacket for additional layering without ending up feeling too warm.

Really liked the feel and look of this and nice thickness. Does fit more like an extra large so I returned to get a medium.

I purchased the sweatshirt based on the style, fabric and new LLBEAN product, wore it once and found it to be very comfortable and fabric better than expected. The fit is just a bit snug however I intend to shed a few pounds and it should fit fine.

Shirt was a gift and recipient said he was very happy with it.

The quilted design and snap front make it the ideal stylish outer garment.

I really like this shirt - it is soft and comfy. I ordered a medium because I wanted it big enough for my bust, but exchanged it for a small. More importantly, the color is off, both in the catalog photo and online. In person, the shirt is a deeper, more saturated color (see photo of the shirt next to the catalog). The catalog photo shows the color as significantly lighter than it is. Even online the color is a bit too light. BUT I like the true color better! So, yay!

Another terrific jacket that fits well, is moderately warm and is well constructed. Snap buttons are useful and the cuffed ( knitted ) sleeves are practical. A very useful garment to wear for chores or errands in the fall or spring.

Every year, I purchase an LL Bean heavy button/snap shirt for my dad for his birthday. My dad is 97, and is always cold. Every thing, including this shirt is just abdsolutely top quality. My dad has the shirts I purchased for him from 5 years ago, and they are still in perfect condition. LL Bean sells only quality merchandise, I love them, and their products last forever!!! Highly recommend.

I've worn wool Pendleton shirt-jac' s around the house in the winter for years. Sweaters would be OK but since they fuzz and ball up, I've worn wool shirt-jac' s instead. I've been looking for a light wool or cotton shirt-jac for the past couple of years. LL Bean has hit a home run with this quilted snap overshirt. I can't speak yet on how it will hold up with multiple washings, but so far I just love this snap overshirt. It is very cozy and toasty. In the dead of winter I will probably return to a wool shirt-jac. But for fall and spring this will be my go to shirt-jac. I usually don's write reviews, but I'm so pleased with this quilted snap over-shirt I wanted to let fellow Bean customers know what a winner this Item is. The full length snap product is the model I purchased. These run slightly large.

This is my go-to additional layer as the temps start to lower. It is traditional fit, so it's cut more generously than most brands. I usually wear an XL but fit into a L... go a size down if you are unfamiliar with Bean's fits. The material is hefty and has a good weight to it. You can feel the quality of this product. Another LLBean item that checks all the boxes. Well done!

This was a gift for my husband for his birthday. He likes the snaps rather than a zipper. Also likes the slightly longer length as he tends to wear his shirts untucked and nothing hangs below the shirt. The little extra weight is perfect for this time of the year in the Adirondacks. And the sweatshirt washes beautifully.

I bought the "Men's Quilted Sweatshirt, Snap Overshirt" around 2022. It's a great sweatercomfortable, roomy, and it looks good with just about everything. It's perfect for running errands or lounging around the house. The buttons are secure and don't easily unsnap. That said, the one issue I've had with the sweater is the left chest pocket. As I mentioned, the snap buttons work really well, but after repeated use, the fabric around the button starts to weaken. Eventually, the cotton tears, and the button falls off. This happened to me after about two weeks of wear. I could've returned the sweater, but time got away from me. Plus, I didn't want to waste an otherwise perfectly good jacket over a small hole in the pocket. I ended up keeping it, had the pocket sewn, and still wear it regularly. Aside from that one issue, the jacket has held up and aged beautifully. I'd definitely recommend it again, though I'd suggest either reinforcing or replacing the buttonsor just avoiding heavy use of the front chest pockets.

Gave as a gift. My brother seemed to like it, but it was larger than expected and didn't fit well.

I wish they would make this for women because it's a bit big. I also wish LL Bean would stick with cotton. Everything is plastic.

I really like this overshirt. A great, slightly dressier option to a hoodie. It has a full cut for layering. The side pockets are only for warming hands stuff falls out easily. Also, the designers might want to consider snap cuffs for the next iteration. Otherwise, it's great!

Wonderful Shirt, note the sizing off. I've ordered both the Large and Medium. 99% of the time I wear a large shirt, t-shirt, jacket, sweater etc. the Large I received was what I would have called an extra large. So I ordered the Medium and it was perfect. So I'd size down one size. I'm 5'9" 180lbs. Moderately fit, 34" waist. The "O" company has a similar product but I liked the cuffs on this more. Similar look and I've been wearing it almost daily since the temps dropped this season (2022). Generally put it over a T shirt with jeans or pants. It's cozy and comfortable, stylish and while warm does not look like I'm going hiking which I like.

I received the shirt as a Christmas present and I love it. However, I only gave it 4 stars because one of the pocket snaps pulled out. LL Bean replaced the shirt immediately. I've worn the replacement a couple of times and it's holding up very well.
