Great jacket! Nice and warm and very well made. Bought size Men's S for my 5' 5" husband . 140 lbs. It fit perfectly with room for a sweater if needed.

Just right for cold, wet and windy weather. Love the length.

Great fit and very warm, considering how light weight it is. I like the style, and color of it, and the deep pockets.

I'm 6'1" at 180 Lbs., the fit was perfect, and allows for full range of motion. The first test was an all day outdoor excursion in below zero wind chills with temps in the teens. The coat kept me toasty warm all day.

Got this for my son in NYC. A week after purchase he traveled to Burlington, VT during the polar vortex. Temperatures down to minus 30 degrees. According to him, the coat saved the day.

Bought this winter jacket for my husband. It was to replace his LLBean jacket which he had for several years in which the zipper failed. The large size is narrower than his last LLBean jacket that he had. This zipper seems studier and works well but is hard to snap because it is so fitted. Would recommend with that stipulation.

Very warm, well made, zippers etc. integrated hood is also Warm. Took me a while. But LLBean will be my go to for Jackets. Glad I finally tried one!!! Good return policy. But when you make the best, people will not look elsewhere.

New England was brutally cold for the past 24 hours, lows around -15 F or so where I am. I was out in this coat several times. I stayed nice and warm but wasn't sweating. Friday PM was around 0 F and windy (25+ mph), Saturday AM was fine around -10 F (and calm), and Saturday PM again around 10 F and breezy (15 mph). The Tall-Medium size fits me great. I am 6 ft tall, about 150 lbs, wear 30" waist pants, a 35" sleeve length, and 41" chest. The fit was excellent, I had plenty of space to move in the shoulders and arms, the waist tapered nicely to adequately seal at about the belt-line, and body the body and more importantly the sleeves fit great, long enough to drive without showing any wrist. At least in the first ~dozen times wearing it, the down hasn't shifted to create cold spots. This coat is my usual choice when windchill is sub-zero.

A good cold snap here allowed me to test the coat here in MD. It was just what I needed; lightweight yet I couldn't feel the high winds (35 mph+) and kept me comfortable in single digits wind chill. Hood is functional in rai n or snow and also kept the cold off my ears and neck.

i have been out in cold windy weather. This coat is very light and still keeps you warm.

I'm 6' 2" tall and just ordered the Navy Medium Tall Classic Parka. It fits great, sleeves are the perfect length, it's not too bulky, and sized just right. I've been looking for a Parka length coat and recommend this one - especially if you need a tall length.

Fits as expected. The jacket works almost too well. I have to unzip the front sometimes as it gets a bit toasty inside. Not a complaint as I'd rather be too hot than too cold. Overall great purchase!

XL size fits me great. Like that the hood is removable. Like the almost neutral color. I can wear just a short sleeve shirt under this in mid teen temps and I'm very comfortable.

Extremely warm. It's a little form fitting in the stomach area, but overall I typically wear an XL and purchased this as an XL with no problems. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Own a few jackets from LL BEAN but this is quite the warmest of all, have tested so far down to 32 with only a t shirt underneath and keeps Me incredibly warm can't wait to test it in the field, size is perfect I got a medium size and there's room for another layer, pockets are lined and feels great, hood fits just right, looking for my next piece of gear with this company highly recommended, also YKK zipper quality one the best out there.

I purchased this jacket for my 28 year old 6'2" very thin son to wear in the Pacific Northwest and it's been perfect. He likes its longer length and warmth, and is good for the kind of rain we get here.

Great warm jacket. Bought it 3 years ago when I got a job that required that I walk 3 blocks to work from Metro. Didn't wear it during Covid but have started wearing it again as we've have cold weather lately. I wear a long sleeve t-shirt underneath and I'm good to go. A bit pricey, but worth every penny!!!

Needed a new cold weather coat and looked at a few less expensive brands that just didn't fit right. The LL Bean classic parka fit great and kept me warm in cold weather without getting overheated. The hood is a nice feature as well which my previous coat didn't have.
