My new favorite sweater. Durable and comfortable.

I bought this for my Sweetheart and he loves it so well that I quite literally have to stop him from wearing it every single day! Seriously. I am fearful that he will wear it out in no time. Fortunately, this is a well-constructed sweater of the highest quality at a price that doesn't break the bank. He actually proclaims it to be his favorite sweater ... EVER; he says it is very comfortable and a great fit. Also. The Bright Navy Heather is the perfect blue. Still, I wish that it came in more colors. Oh well. Off I go to purchase him a second Blue sweater and one in Black....!

Love this sweater. It is beautiful and function - my favorite combo. Very warm. I expect it to last for decades, the enduring design isn't like to go out of style.

I wanted one of these for a long time, but just never got around to ordering one. I lived in Florida, and knew I'd rarely get a chance to wear it. Now I'm in New England, so I ordered one. And I love it! It truly does exceed my expectations. The fit is perfect. It's nice and warm, and it looks great. And by the way, the shipping was good, too. I ordered four items at the same time from different vendors, all using their default shipping method, and this arrived first, two days before any of the others.

Like the crew version - warm, rugged, well constructed, high quality - with the added convenience of a Henley. As easy to pair with a dress shirt and tie as it is over an unshrinkable tee (or Henley). The Loden green pairs great with khakis or jeans.

My 28-year-old son loves this sweater! It is warm, comfortable and gets a lot of compliments from co-workers!

Love this sweater. Wore it to the European Christmas markets. With a long sleeve base layer and a puffy jacket it kept me warm outdoors in 20-30 degree weather. Looks great as well. Works well as an outer layer alone in cooler weather.

This is a substantial and heavy sweater, great for very cold days. The size and color are both true to expectations.

Nice sweater, thick, well constructed. This style is a little roomier than the original commando sweater.

No skimping here. 45 degrees no problem. The size was slightly larger than the XL I'm accustomed to but it allows for a matching tee to wear underneath.

Works with just a t-shirt down to around 30 degrees, for colder temperatures use a warmer base layer. Great buy.

Bought 1. Liked it so well, I bought another. Like that so well, I bought a third. Very comfortable, very soft, and very warm. The Henley collar keeps my neck from being irritated. These are my go-to sweaters for cooler weather. I just hope they add a couple of new colors sometime soon.

Beautiful and warm!!! I bought this for my brother. It was perfect and he absolutely loves it. It's hard for him to find sweaters with long enough arms. I would highly recommend the sweater and then I went to a party in the neighborhood and I saw another gentleman wearing the sweater, I said, boy you have a good taste!

History Nerd Note: There was no such thing as "SAS regiments" in WWII and SAS soldiers weren't called "Commandos" -- that was a designation reserved by the British Royal Marines. The Royal Marines eventually gave these sweaters to their US Marines brethren, which I how I learned about them at Quantico.

I love this sweater. It keeps you warm, but not hot. To think that the world used to wear warm, wickable, wool and somehow got sold on cotton is crazy. It is indeed GREEN. I use it for warmth while working at my desk. If you had to labor outside I don't think you would need a coat. The sleeve cuffs are not tight, but they could be 15% looser.

My husband absolutely loves this sweater! Interestingly, we were having dinner at a restaurant last week and a young woman stopped at our table. She pointed to her dad across the room and said that he expressed that he'd REALLY like one like it for his birthday! So, we told her it was from you! We don't doubt that you'll be getting another order!
