This one runs a little more narrower then 2 other pair I own that have the same identical appearing foot bed so I expected it to be the same but it is not. They were a good price so I will keep them but I don't love them as much as the other 2.

Unfortunately, this particular "shoe" was smaller than two others I purchased - exactly same items, different colors. I wear an 11 1/2 or 12 - - and this really seems like an 11. The first two were a bit larger, so they were perfect! Oh well.

I wear a 9, but these run small going to have to try 10, but 9.5 would be better, but alas no half sizes

I couldn’t take the material between my toes. Had to return sadly.

I really like the Surfa. As another reviewer mentioned, the fit is more like the original FitFlop fit from years ago. These shoes are cute and a LARGE step above a plain ol' flip flop. If I could change one thing about these, I would like the straps to come higher up on my foot for a more secure fit. That's the reason for the 4 star review rather than 5.

As another reviewer stated, the Surfa fits similarly to original FitFlops. If I could make one change, it would be to make the bands fit a little higher on the top of the shoe. Overall, though, I like it.

I'm very happy with my newest Fitflops, having previously purchased a pair of Lulu Superglitz in red, which I dearly love!! I was looking for a blue shoe to wear with jeans, and this fit the bill. I've been wearing Mephisto and Finn Comfort for so long in support of my battered old feet, but took a chance on these sandals and so happy I did. It'll take a bit of adjustment to the harder sole surface, but it offers good arch support and is wide enough for comfort. Normally wear a 10 1/2 or 41, ordered down to a size 10, and have a bit of extra length, but fear a 9 would be too short. So glad I found them!

The FitFlop foot bed in the Original flip flop design is what I was expecting... I did not get it. So no go! This was too flat for my much needed arch support issues which is THE REASON I BUY this brand of shoe... the cuteness is a Bonus. Besides the above mentioned... the heel width was too wide

I expected more from FitFlop brand. This particular flop was very cute, but besides the main issue mentioned above, was a little too wide at the heel.

The soft fabric wide upper makes this fitflop very unique. There is some arch support but the softer cushion feel of other fitflops I have had is not present making it not quite as comfortable out of the box. I am hoping that it ends up contouring to my feet over time. Pretty expensive for a pair of flip flops so I'm hoping they last a long time.

I had the Lattice Surfa before, and they were awesome, lasted for years before the peg came out of the base and they were done for, so I got these. I'm a professional swimming coach, and I spend a lot of time outdoors where it's wet, so I need a solid shoe that can take a beating but also keep me supported. These are my go-to if I'm not wearing sneakers. These are still great, but I don't love the fabric piece. They have more give in them than my previous pair, and they tend to let my foot slide more when I take a step. They have more room in them. Bummer, that, but it's not enough to send the back or be unsatisfied. I still love them. They are still better support-wise than any other slip-on outdoor easy shoe I can buy for under $60, and I know they will last. Totally worth it!

Comfortable and Cute — These sandals are at the top of the list for style and comfort. I thought they would be good to help with my Plantar’s Fasciitis but I was wrong. I was unable to wear them and had to return them, much to my disappointment.

I said true to size because I'm reviewing a size 7 when I normally wear an 8. So this shoe runs large in my experience. I had to return the Size 8 as it was much too large. I did not review it since it was returned. The 7 fits fine and is very comfortable. The smaller size also helps with the width as I have very narrow, skinny feet. This is my first pair of Fitflops and I like them so far after a couple of days wearing them most of the day. I gave them a 4 overall because of having to order a smaller than usual size. I also think they are a bit pricey for a molded shoe. I think we are paying for the name.

While not the most attractive design ever, these shoes are very comfortable for walking long distances and that’s exactly what I use them for.

I really liked how these look preppy but I am an 8 wide and bought the 8 and the length and width were good but the straps were just too tight; the top of my foot would have ended up with rub marks.

I love the way this flip flop looks!! The side view is really pretty. Love the height, They have a moderately good arch support but still not quite high enough for my arch. I wear an 8 and this 8 was perfectly sized. I'm a little wide in the toes and it fits perfectly. I have plantar fasciitis and just wish that the arch was a bit higher.

These are cute and for someone with size 11 feet, they make your feet appear a tad smaller because of the cuteness of the shoes. They are quite comfortable, too. I haven't walked far in these, only around the house. I noticed that the woven fabric uppers are getting a little looser as I use them, so I believe that they will stretch out and it may end up like walking in a shoe that is 2 sizes too large. That remains to be seen, but the uppers do stretch even though they are not supposed to. So they have lost a star due to this.

Love the wide strap. Unlike you're average flip flop it felt more secure on my foot. My go to casual shoe.

Overall these were a good fitting shoe, but in comparison to my Crocs Modi Flips, they were not as comfortable. I could not imagine walking around in them all day. Still looking for an alternate to my go-to shoe.

Cute flip flop. Wish they came in half sizes. Good arch support and very comfortable. The heel height make them a little dresser.

Love these fitflop shoes. Like all of this brand they conform to my feet for all day comfort. With plantar fasciitis these are one of the few brands I can wear. This particular shoe faded slightly on the footbed but that is not a problem for me.

I felt that the straps were a little loose. I wish the straps would have fit a little tighter on my foot and I don't have a narrow foot. I love the comfort of the shoe.

First off zappos has best customer service! Thanks zappos! I am young and stand on my feet and am starting to have issues wearing flip flops. These are cushy and more of a sporty style than other fitflops. They are slippery on wood floor though, hard to walk in, so kind of frustrating. That's an easy fix. Good grip on cement. I went true to size and I have wide feet so they seem a little loose but I couldn't go any smaller.

I have a few fitflops and these seem to have less contour. There is more support than regular flipflop, just not as orthopedic older styles were. Still super comfortable and great on your feet all day.

I was looking to replace a really old pair of teva wedge flip flops that I loved. The Teva Mush Mandelyn just aren't the same as years ago. These FitFlop Surfas are the next best I found. Definitely comfortable to stand. Mostly good for walking, but they have a strange sole that collects lint and makes them like ice skates on wood floors or tile. I've had this problem with some slippers as well. I can stand all day at my stand-up desk with these FitFlops and they are fantastic on city sidewalks, but watch out in the mall or anywhere indoors. Unlike other reviewers, I found these true to size, not a half or whole size small.
