Lightweight! Comfortable! I usually wear an 8.5, tried the 8 and 9,the size 8 fit perfect. Size 8 is shown as a 39 on the box and the size 9 as 41. Didn't see half sizes listed.

Love these! Very sporty unlike most of the other styles. The soles are a different material as some of the other reviews state, but I have not found them to be slippery at all. Great flip flop. I plan to order the red stripe also!

These are my favorite flip flops this year. I had to get a full size smaller (5 instead of 6). I wear a 6 in all other fit flop sandals. I like that they have a little lower profile but are still very comfortable. I have very sensitive feet and almost every shoe bothers my feet, but not these.

My sister-in-law turned me on to FitFlops and I love them. I bought the Surfa and a fancier silver pair with beads (sorry, I forgot the name). So much more comfortable than just a regular flip flop and with lots of support and cushioning. I'm a believer! The only critique is that a large foot doesn't always mean a wide foot!

The Surfa FitFlop is a very comfortable sandal. They are true to size. This is the second pair of these that I have purchased. I love them!

I tried another pair of FitFlops and while very comfortable, the toe area was too narrow. I was hesitant to try these, but Zappos' policies set aside that worry. These are the most amazingly comfortable and supportive flip flops ever made. The toe area is sufficient, the webbing snug, but not too much so...I don't want to ever take them off. Pricey for casual shoes but wearing them is a bit of heaven.

I have tried three different styles of FitFlips, and this one worked best for me. It was very comfortable and felt better than the style I tried with the ornamentation (although those were super cute). This style accommodated my wide foot and high arch very well. Hoping to buy another pair of these in case they become unavailable. Thanks, Zappos! I really appreciate your great service.

These felt great! Very comfortable and accommodated my wide foot and high arch. Thanks Zappos for great customer service. Was looking for something to work for my feet, especially for my plantar faciitis. These work a lot better for me than other brands, such as Crocs (which aren't wide enough).

I'm happy the FitFlop wider footbed has returned as an option. I also like the fact that the thong part of the sandal is made of some kind of fabric; there are no sharp parts to irritate between my toes. I don't mind if I get caught in the rain in these; since they have a textile upper they dry pretty quickly. I like the lulu FitFlop too, but am finding myself reaching for the surfas almost daily. I have them in 3 colors!

Great flip flop! Comfortable and cushion is excellent. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and this is the perfect go to shoe for the summer since I can't wear flat flip flops anymore.

I have the Flame/Stone combination, which is perfect for Hawaii's red dirt underfoot. I bought six pairs and returned four. This fits perfectly. Having worn Fitflops for years, the ribbon between the toes is a little different than those I have and is taking my toes a little getting used to. The cushioning is excellent and my knee hurts much less when I wear these than when I wear regular sandals or go barefoot. The flame stripes go with most everything as well - I was a little concerned that they would clash, but they are very cute. I wear a 10½ and bought these in 10 which is just right.

I am excited about these. I have very high arches with wider midfoot and narrow, inverted heels- so challenging to find sandals that fit and don't hurt my feet after wearing. These are just what I was looking for to wear this summer to kick around in. The strap is wider which equates into more stability of shoe on the foot rather than toes constantly gripping to keep shoe on. The inter-toe webbing is comfortable from the start and no breaking these in! Not very dressy but great for casual- the elevation of sole also helps keep my boot cut jean/yoga pant hems from hitting the ground as with regular flip flops. The shoe platform on this style does not "hug" the foot as much as the other FitFlop styles I've tried on, for those with narrower feet and/or narrower midfoot, this style may be too wide.

Great service! Great sandal! My second pair. So glad you carry the the Fitflops with the original sole. It runs bigger for those of us with larger feet.

FitFlops are the only flip flops I will wear anymore. They are the most comfortable and supportive. Cute patterns/styles too. I have about 8 pairs.

I just received these in black and absolutely love them! I have about six pairs of FitFlops and I can tell this style will be my go to comfort shoe for the spring and summer. I will definitely buy these in another color! I am a size 8½ and got the 8 and they are perfect. I do have high arches and they provide great support.

I like the height of the surfa. my other fitflops are a bit higher, therefore less stable. I’m always undecided on sizing with fitflops. I wear a 7 1/2 athletic shoe. the surfa fits perfectly in a six. I have short toes? I don’t love the look of them. they are less flattering than lulus and or Cha chas. I got the surfa in leather. they are ok. just not LOVE for me. worth trying for sure. order ez downBe specific about your likes and dislikes. How was the fit and size? What does the I like the height of this flip flop. the others are (and I have many)material feel like? How awesome (or not) do you feel wearing them?

Sole was not quite as comfortable/soft as I expected, seems a little “plastic” feeling. But overall comfort is good and style is great.

Perfect fit. I have Plantar faciatis so the sole was not soft enough.

I have another pair of Surfa flip flops and the sole is MUCH softer than these. Although I love the look of these flip flops, the sole is hard and uncomfortable! I'm not sure why they messed with a good thing as my other flip flops are truly the most comfortable I've ever had. Sadly, these are going back.

I wear a 9.5M in almost every shoe I own. I ordered a 9 in these, and they are a little big. Other than that, the footbed has some arch support and plenty of springy cushion. They’re a good recovery shoe around the house after a workout. I took my dog out after a rainstorm in these, and I was not super impressed with their performance on damp concrete - just felt a little slippery/unstable - so I’m not sure how well these will perform at the pool or beach, but it’s not a dealbreaker for me.

Cute, Comfortable, supportive. Could walk a long time in these!

I am usually an 8.5 so, based on the reviews I sized down to the 8 but it was too small on my left foot (it is ever so slightly larger than my right foot) - exchanged it for a 9 and it's much better. Pretty comfy and I can wear around the house without irritating my plantar fasciitis. I prob wouldn't pay full price because the materials aren't anything special.

I like the support and style. However the leather thong between the toes was harsh. I will wait for the black fabric versi ok n to come back in stock

I originally ordered the size 6 which was recommended by Zappos but I also ordered the size 7 because I wasn't sure. I usually wear a 6.5 and I do have a slightly wide foot and high arches. I am returning the size 6 because it was just a little tight across my instep. The size 7 in this particular style is a much better fit.
