This belt is great, fits well, color is right and materials are great!

The quality of this belt is very good. The first one was too short, but once we got the sizing correct, it fits my husband perfectly. I think he will enjoy wearing it for quite some time.

I purchased this belt to complement my Strand Snuff Suede shoes I recently purchased and the color is almost the same hue as the shoe. Sizing is consistent and no issue with quality control.

Can't judge durability yet as I've only had these belts for a month, but they are well-made and very comfortable. Pricey, so I hope they prove worth it. Based on their shoes, I'm optimistic. So far, I really like them. Sharp but not too flashy.

The leather stands up better than any other belt that I currently own. Being a bigger guy belts have a tendency to wear unevenly constantly. This belt has stranded the test of time.

I need a black suede boots to match a pair of black suede chucka boots . The belt matched perfectly when I wore them on a recent transatlantic cruise. It is the same high quality as other belts from A.E.

I have owned two of these belts in walnut. I replaced the first one after losing some weight, and a year of wearing about once per week, it still looked new at that point. The shorter one I currently have shows no unusual wear after about 6 months. So I find the reviews citing premature wear surprising. I should note that I use leather conditioner periodically on all of my belts (the recommended care for this belt is "spot clean only", but I condition anyway). Perhaps that has made the difference. In any case, this is a beautiful belt and love to wear it with my walnut Strands or walnut Flatiron shoes.

I agree with other buyers about needing one size larger than your waist size. Everything else with this belt is great. This is my second Allen Edmonds belt. I will buy this brand again.
