They are nice enough. They are not true to size and don't try to wear them with heavy socks (like you know, people in New England are wont to do when the temperature is below freezing). For what they are, they are expensive. I remember I could buy top shelf dress shoes for less at one time. Maybe you just caught me at a bad time: but I bought two pairs, one for my son and me. Normally, he wears one size smaller than I do so I'm holding on to both pairs until Santa comes and then will see which size fits him (the other's going back).

I ordered men's size 12. They say 12s but fit like 11s. I've given time to break them in but still fit like 11s. A little hard to put on too

We returned them on Dec 22, 2022, but haven't heard from you about if you got them and about getting a refund.
My husband liked them very much but he has trouble with one foot/ankle swelling so it didn't fit. The ideal thing would be 2 different sizes but that can't happen, I'm sure.
Please let us know about a refund. Thank you.

Difficult to get on, and not wide enough (I need a wide size, not a medium)

Bought these for my son in law for Christmas. The shoes look really comfy and nice feel inside The suede is a nice dark brown color My Only gripe is that the shoes came Loose in the shipping box! No show box to wrap as a gift and that really didn't go over well with me Now I have to find a box to wrap these shoes in since I would Never wrap a gift in a box they were shipped in SO be prepared to be disappointed in that! What a shame I thought LLBean would be better than that that's why you don't get 5 stars from me Won't do that again!

Opening was so narrow the slipper could not be tried on. Tried on several other slippers in store on had the same problem with a couple other styles

These slippers were made well and had a good length. However, when I chose a medium width when I ordered it, the results of my order listed it as a "medium D". I just assumed it was a medium width, but when I received them, they were too large. I was not happy with the purchase.

I took the company's word for sizing; my usual size is 11, and that's what the recommendation was. They were far too small; I'd have exchanged them for a half size up, but half sizes aren't offered. The lining was a sticky, sweaty fleece - very uncomfortable, and hard to slide into.

I bought a size 12. Too small. This has never happened. And the opening is very small to get my foot in (and my feet are narrow). I traded up to a 13. Okay fit - but still difficult to get on. I use a thin sock - for warmth, hygiene. A thick sock won't work. I imagine I'll keep these as I like the rubber sole and the high sides. And I don't wear them much. Still, I intuit that within a year they'll fall apart. If the design is poor...

They must have changed suppliers because the new ones I received are cheaply made and are sewn poorly causing the fit to be wrong.

I liked the looks and utility of this slipper and used the guidance to buy the next size up from 10-1/2 that I normally wear. The size 11 was way too tight and I didn't feel like testing a 12 and 13 to see what fit best. It looks like a great slipper and at it's price point should be but when they can't even come close to a proper sizing, I wonder if the workmanship is good enough to last. I was very disappointed in this only for the sizing. I did send it back for a refund.

The shoe looks great... Albeit, its merit is not quite the standard it appearance gives the buyer. I have difficulty getting my foot in the shoe, requiring a "shoe-horn" every time I use them. All is not lost though, as the sole has saved the day. Excellent grip and lightweight. Would I buy it again, no. Would I recommend it to others, probably not. Sorry.

not designed well, the slipper is designed as a one size fits all, the heel area is as large as the middle of the slipper so their is nothing to hold the slipper on when one walks

At least 1 size smaller than it should be. LL Bean should have had someone check the sizes before sending out to customers. Taking very long to get an exchange. They looked like good quality, but I couldn't even try them on.

I rarely post negative ratings for LL Bean because their quality is usually good & my recent order still looked good ~ the MAJOR problem is the ridiculous SMALL size for an 11 medium in mens!! It was like size 8-1/2 or 9. I actually couldn't get my feet in them. I checked the label inside sole & sure enough it was mens 11 medium? Something is very wrong. Use to never have size issues with LLBean. It was frustrating because the products are great, if you can get LLBean to stop shrinking their merchandise. This happened twice on another shoe also ordered at same time.

Nice slippers, but you feel the sole when you walk. It's hard on the bottom of your feet, they need more cushioning, not comfortable.

I didn't like the feeling of the tread on the bottom . It should feel soft and not like your walking on the tread of a tire.

Manufacturing defect, poor quality control, flaw in how foot opening was sewn, bought size 11 just like one I had previously bought and wanted another spare pair, but the foot opening was a good 1-1 1/2 inches smaller diameter, could not even get it past the ball of my foot, both pair. Returned via UPS label and want to know why I have to pay $6.50 to return defective product.
