These shoes are good looking and comfortable. I read reviews before I ordered them and they were very positive. One negative review complained that they were "heavy". They are hiking shoes and are not at all heavy, so I wondered if he expected running shoes or lightweight athletic shoes. I've worn them for only a couple weeks so far and they are comfortable with all leather uppers and seem to fit well.

The 13 is a nice fit even for a wide foot. Looks nice and can pass as a business casual shoe, but rugged enough for a hike. My new everyday shoe.

Excellent shoe. I take size 10. For a while my toes felt pinched, but after break in they are fine. The shoes are waterproof and can be worn in any weather. They go on and off fairly easily and LLBean does it again.

These shoes were worn right out of the box. Love the appearance, the deep blue leather and the perfect fit. Just great shoes.

Extremely comfortable walking/hiking shoe. Just bought and longest walk so far 3 miles. Deep tread to avoid slipping.

These are comfortable and worth every cent. I spent much more on shoes that didn't give me to proper support these have.

I am very happy with this purchase. The Hikers fit perfectly and are pretty much true to size. After only a few days of walking, they are all broken in and are very comfortable. I was out in the slush one February morning, and they are indeed waterproof. Have not been out on a trail yet, but the sole looks like it has good traction. They also look sharp. They will suit me well whether at my golf club or out on a rural hiking trail. I highly recommend this product. They may be slightly heavier than a summer sneaker, but it's nothing excessive. I will look to buy another pair at the next sale promotion.

I wear a size 11 wide and had to go all the way up to a 12 to get these shoes to fit. I say this because there were others that said this shoe was true to size. Not for me. Once in the proper size I really like them. Color everything. I work at a golf course and am on my feet all day. These are excellent.

Comfortable, but did require a little breaking in. Very grippy soles. I haven't had them to long to see how they will wear.

The subtle styling of this shoe appealed to me for general casual wear, rather than hiking. The fit is firmer than most hikers and for that reason I would buy a softer shoe for rugged hiking.
