My husband seems satisfied with these so far. We plan on taking them on a trip to England and are hoping they hold up in the rain.

I bought a pair for my boyfriend in black a few years ago he l loved them, this pair in brown ,has a problem with top of the tongue. It is uncomfortable because it is not soft and I will probably end up sewing it back ,other than that he loves the boot.LL Bean should stick with design on the black style.

Im a mailman walking all day , these are what ive worn for the last 7 years or so, ive had several pairs over the years. I get a size larger than what i normally wear and they fit fine. I also have plantars facitius and these are very supportive to help with that. They are waterproof, to a point , and i sweat in the winter so i dont wear heavy socks or your feet will sweat making you cold , i find light weight socks work fine and my feet stay warm. I love these snow sneakers, working outdoors these are much more comfortable than big , heavy boots.

Wanted to replace my snow sneakers from years back, but when I received them, they were way too narrow for my foot. So disappointed that they had changed so much. Decided to try the men's in a size 7 and the width was perfect. Love them so far.

Comfortable and warm. Good grippy sole. But, the laces supplied are at least 18" too long. The plastic hooks for the last part of lacing are a pain to use. Ordinary grommets would be much better.

I have been aware of snow sneakers for several years, but just recently wanted something lightweight for everyday use in snow and slush. Overall, they are comfortable, but I do find the top is just stiff enough that it cuts into my lower shin over time.

I wear wide shoes only. Wear an 8 size. I ordered a wide 9. Boot is warm. Good in snow. So far feet have stayed dry and warm. Live in AK. Bought to walk our dog in winter. Glad I order one size larger. Not really a wide shoe but get my fat feet in them. They have very nice long laces. To me I have to be really care full when walking on icy roads. Would love to see then a little wider and wider toe area. A better sole like some have, but were not in wide size. But ordering one size larger get job done. AK Bob

I purchased my waterproof snow boots around a months ago and due to the weather in Manhattan have worn them almost daily since. The wide fitting is a great upgrade for me to a normal boot. My biggest complaint is that the soles lack any real grip for slippery surfaces and they lack true style when compared to most brands. The big plus is that they're super warm even on the coldest days.

Nice looking boot but I purchased the wide width and it was still too tight, I had to send them back.

Fits in length true to size. Definitely warm and waterproof. Tried them on three short one-hour hikes. I found the footbed to be uncomfortable and will be returning. YMMV

The shoe/sneaker industry is addicted to the white sole. I don't like the look as it demands too much attention and then gets dirty quickly to make it look crappy. Bad deal for long life span.

The boots fit ok. However, the bed of the boots were not as comfortable as other boots I have had. The top of the boots cover my ankles and for my right foot, the bend of this part was poking my ankle. I just started wearing the boots, so it might be that the boots need to be broken in.

I purchased these last year and they are super comfortable except for the eyelid that hold the shoe lace digs in to my ankle inside the boot. If not for this I would give it 5 stars

Comfortable and good quality material and the color shown in photo is navy and white sole. However, the boot is actually navy and gray so that's disappointing. A color description is needed as it is not accurately depicted in the photo.

Farly confortable, but needs a better sole insert. I replaced mine. I'm not sure why the red trim is actually PINK but I used a black sharpie to "fix" the pink shoe laces holes and other offensive unwanted pink trim. I had to check to see if some how I got wenens boots. They wertt. Please llbean review your designers work before you make them. Pink on men's boots. Really?

I got the medium brown boots. I got 10E. They fit pretty good. I made my own orthodic. I might be replacing the provided insoles. This is partly my foot issues and partly because the boots need a better one. The shoe laces seem kinda cheap feelling. The real problem is that depending on the light, the boots accents are pink or light red, or orange. Where it's most noticable is the lace wholes and boot rear pull strap. I find this really inappropriate. I plan on trying painting these areas with a black sharpie. Hopefully that will work.

Boots seem well built and warm. Sizing is misleading. I have slightly wide feet - 80% of my shoes are regular width, and some specific brands I need to get wide. I assumed with the sizing recommendation and it being more boot-like, regular would be fine. The shoes are actually incredibly narrow; despite being the right length, I could barely get my foot inside. That would normally be fine, these things happen, but process to switch to a different size is unnecessarily painful. Online orders can ONLY be returned (not exchanged), so any coupons/credits you used are lost when you reorder. You can mail the box back with an included order slip, but then there's no order tracking for a swap, and you need to pay for shipping both ways. I'll still probably go through with the exchange and stick with the shoe since I like the style and construction, but still a frustrating process for a modern, online retailer. Make sure to double check the size and order up if you're on the fence.

I have pronounced ankle bones and this shoe was murder on them. I wore around the house for a day and they were crying for help, plus, the way the top stitch is done the hem angles in, and is pretty stiff. So it ended up bruising my leg in the front. Love how warm they were and the comfort on the foot bed, but the pain was too much to make it work.

The size was advertised as 'Wide,' but the shoe was not wide enough to be compatible with other manufacturers 'wide.'
