Although I haven't had them long enough to realize the durability ie water/snow proof, Im impressed with the comfort for a boot right out of the box. I also like the casual "work boot" look.

Love this boot. It's warm and comfortable. I really like that it's a winter boot that isn't clunky.

Fit is true to size. I was skeptical about the Velcro 'ties' but I am very pleased. Easy to use and tight! Color combo, loden and dark earth, looks good. Pleased with my purchase.

Due to a Stroke, my left side/leg/foot is affected. Last year I bought a pair of these boots because it is imperative that I not fall on glaze ice. This year I cannot find those boots. I ordered another identical pair for this coming winter. Best boots for traction I have ever owned. Could not face winter without them.

Good looking functional winter wear for snowy days. Non slip tread looks promising. Can't test them yet - no snow!

I have worn out several pairs of LL Bean snow sneakers since I discovered them. I wear them every day of the year, inside and outside, warm and cold, in wet, dry and snowy weather. I find them very comfortable and practical

I bought these boots for walking the dog on cold days in Minnesota. I purchased these boots in wide width and they fit great. The boots feel like wearing tennis shoes. I would highly recommend!

Great for low snow and walking in cold rain. Not sure I'd wear in to a Pats game in 20degree weather for three hours without magic socks.

The look and feel of the snow sneakers is good. However, the side of the tongue on one of the sneakers (left) is a bit sharp and it presses up against my ankle. I've loosened the laces and that provides some comfort. However, the right shoe has no such issue. I purchased double wide sneakers so I'm puzzled as to why they don't fit perfectly - no questions asked.

Light and warm boots. They rub the inside of your ankles if not laced up pretty tight.

Pretty good for southern snow storms. I wouldn't use them in subzero weather. On a personal note I found them a touch tight even going up a half size but that is a reoccurring problem for me when ever the width is limited to a EE size. I bought 12 EE, I tend to wear an 11 or 11 1/2 EEEE.

SOMETIMES THE SIDE OF THE TONGUE POKES INTO MY ANKLE BONE

Recently purchased. Very comfortable and lightweight. They have been through snow, rain, sleet and single digit temperatures while keeping my feet warm and dry. Nice looking as well.

I've owned these boots for years and swear by them. The couple reviews that mention uncomfortable "pressure points" to the ankle are exactly what I've experienced with my new pair. This is not caused by the inside of the lace loops but rather the folded area of the tongue. The folds are built to fold down, I believe; each of mine do that as though they're supposed to. It was suggested by one reviewer that folding these spots UP took care of the problem. I've found that taking care to fold these down carefully has helped and hope that with further break-in period the "ankle pressure point" will no longer be an issue. The thick hem along the top of the fold in this area contributes to the potential to aggravate the ankle. I'm not giving up because I'm a huge fan - it's not a perfect world!

As good as advertised. They fit well, are comfortable and warm enough for casual wear.

I wanted something for all weather. I am from down south. The icy and snowy conditions are very slippery for me. However, if I wear it inside for a while, then my feet got sweat. This shoes is like if you are going to sky or if you are going to spend a lot of time outside during the snow. I may meant to have something different, like a hiking shoes. I tried some hiking shoes and so far it is working for me.

The MOST comfortable shoe that I have ever worn. I have drop foot and flat feet and able to hunt, dog train and fish with much comfort. Way to go LLBean

I bought these in the Velcro strap version. The shoe fit is fantastic. It's as comfortable as any sneaker. My only complaint is the length of the upper strap. It could be about one to two inches longer for a better grip. But a good shoe just the same.

Due to the warmer weather I only was able to ware them twice. They were warm and comfortable when I wore them in the snow.

Offers stability around ankle and has good traction

Lightweight and comfortable shoes. A bit on the tight side and the laces are kinda long. The tread is excellent giving good traction and minimal debris getting stuck in them.

for a wide shoe they are a little narrow, not terrible but could be just a little wider. They are fairly warm and quite comfortable. The traction on snow and ice is quite good, it is not outstanding, but good. No problems so far with them being waterproof. I wish the hooks on the top would be replaced with holes or rings. The pull tab on the back is too small for even my pinky finger (and I have small hands) this loop needs to be bigger. But all in all a decent pair of shoes

nice and warm, soft outsole makes it easy on your feet, does not have speed eyelets up top for quick on and off, but ankle support is good.
